The hotel was really nice and I'm not sure if it's because it's not a large hotel but it was not packed, which we loved. The room was nice as well and it was a good size for us three. We went because we had tickets for the Polar Express and they even had a free shuttle to the location but we didn't use since we wanted to go in our own vehicle. Everything is pretty much close to this hotel, restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. The receptionist was also really nice and helpful. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much! We will definitely stay there again!!!

The only downside which is not the hotels fault is that we had poor cellular service but we used the hotels WiFi and problem solved. The whole area around the hotel doesn't get good service for TMobile customers.

Location was perfect for the Polar Express ride and we loved that they offered a shuttle service. The lobby was decorated beautifully and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was super clean and plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend!

A newer facility with large rooms. The staff was friendly and accomadating.

The security bolt would not engage when we were in the room and the security latch was in a bind. I reported both issues at checkout. I believe just an adjustment to the door is all that is needed.

The staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was accommodating for the extra pillow and towels we needed. We forgot to purchase milk, and the front desk was able to provide us with a cup of milk so we didn't have to leave the hotel late at night. Excellent service. We will be back next year at this same location.

The beds were comfortable and room was clean. The A/C in the room made the room feel very comfortable. The staff was friendly, and made the stay enjoyable.

The beds were short enough I could get on it without much difficulty. They were also very comfortable.

We requested a walk in handicapped shower in our room and weren’t given one when we checked in.

I wAs close to my family (rented two rooms) Wanted to stay close to each other.

Weather, we couldn't use the swimming pool. But that's mother nature. Lol

I liked the availability of a 2 Queen room. We were traveling with our baby and the extra bed was nice to have.

There were too many fragrant smells. It was almost overwhelming.

The property was very nice! Super clean and decorated cutely for Christmas. LOVED the doors at the entrance lol.

Nothing about the property just of course the occasional annoying neighbor.
