The bathroom was very spacious, and the room itself was nice & cool, very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was good and good parking spaces. Very friendly staff.

The sheets gave me itching issues, maybe too much bleach or maybe due to the extremely high winds with blowing dirt might have something to do with the itching issues. The shower took a bit of a while to warm up and I wish that all hotel/motels had better lighting in the bathrooms. The tv was small but I didn't come to watch tv, but for the price of the room I don't mind small TVs. I had a very peaceful sleep. I asked for a paper copy of my receipt but for some reason the copier was not connected to the laptop being used to check us in...hmmm.

Property was clean and well kept. Staff was awesome. Plenty of parking. Checkin was smooth and easy. Complimentary water bottles! Thank you! Room was clean and comfortable.

Mattress was a little stiff for my taste, but others might prefer it that way. The shower needs a little love from maintenance. It worked and the water pressure was good, but it was an adjustable shower head that would drop over time while using the shower so it just needs to be tightened up.

The front desk gentleman was very helpful especially since we arrived during a blizzard! We were allowed to book for another night just in case we were snowed in the next day. We were concerned since there were a lot of people showing up without reservations due to the storm. We were given plenty of water bottles and suggestions for food within walking distance.

parking was normal, but space was a little cramped for bigger trucks.

The shower control was too “hidden” , had to call the front desk to find it.

had a keurig coffee maker but it did not work. we love coffee first thing in the morning. The dining area very cold because front doors broke. not the property’s fault I guess. very noisy location by busy highway.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room. No cigarette or marijuana smell anywhere on the grounds. Great breakfast and helpful front desk staff.

Our stay with Holiday Inn was perfect.

Pecos, TX is an oil town. Had we realized before we booked it, we would have stayed elsewhere. Its only true virtue is that it’s halfway between Albuquerque and Austin, if your trip includes a visit to Carlsbad Caverns.
