Great breakfast; wonderful staff (very helpful); good location; amazing ability to renovate the hotel without making a mess.

The bath/shower could have used a horizontal grab bar in the middle for those of us who can be a little unsteady on our feet. Also, the addition of a brighter light in the bathroom would make it easier to shave. Finally, the coffee maker was a little difficult to use (e.g., unable to pull it all of the way out because the electric cord was a little too short).

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The AC didn’t work well in my room. It put out very little air and didn’t cool the room well. I like the room to be cold when I sleep. I was also displeased that I was charged a $25 pet fee per night but wasn’t made aware of that fee until check in. I might have chosen another hotel.

Great customer service! Clean good breakfast and they even offered a complimentary dinner! WHAT! That’s what we thought . It was great we really appreciated it, after a long drive no need to leave to grab dinner.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about.

The location was conveniently located, and there was accessible area for my pets to go do their business.

Considering the clients are mostly men due their job sites, security outside would have made it more comfortable to go outside as a female.

I was greeted every time I walked in. This hotel was one of the only ones that had an indoor pool/ hot tub, free Continental breakfast, and semi truck parking. There is also an outdoor patio area where you can grill or watch people play golf at the course.

There isn't much to do in that area. Only 2 restaurants and a nail salon within walking distance.

Nice, clean rooms. Accept dogs for a fee was a must for me as my dog is my family meme we and travels with me and my daughter for work.

Only one staff member that was a little rude, asked in a condescending tone if my Dog was a service dog?! Did she not know we can have dogs at Hotel? Nina and Valentina were well behaved and follow us when called . they were not aggressive and are well trained. just thought it inappropriate for her to ask.

Everything in the hotel was good, breakfast was good, everything very clean, great customer service from the employees, but the best part was the bed, they have the most comfortable beds!!!

Overall very nice hotel, friendly staff, accommodations are what is advertised online. Accurate pricing. Grounds are well kept, rooms are clean , and well maintained. Breakfast is well prepared, with good variety

Very clean, comfortable bed/bedding, two armchairs in the room for comfy tv watching. The staff was awesome! Personable, helpful, went out of their way. Well kept property.

Room was very clean and ready for our arrival. Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was great! Very friendly staff.

Sink drained really slow. Elevator was not operable. Didn’t affect me, but other family member was affected.
