The cofee was cold.. it was nit freshly made! Also we checked in at around 8 pm.. when i got to my room i was resting on bed.. my husband steps out of room! As i was about to rest to strange people with key came into my room. I was scared because did not know who they were. They said front ckerk had given them the same room. They were nice people and apologized.. as they left i got my ohone and called my husband and told him to check because two people came into the room. Well yes the clerk had made a mistske, but nonthe less he did not apologize and did not guve us new card keys to room… horrible night did not feel safe.. did not sleep all nite! Waste of time here!

That strangers went into my room while i was pn bed resting!!! Unsafe

Liz at the front desk when we checked in gave exceptional service!!! She was so friendly and really went out of her way when one of our tvs didn’t work. We had interactions with 2 other females at the front desk that were not very welcoming. But Liz made up for their costumer service.

The cleanliness in our bathroom was not as expected given everything else was great! I bright my own wipes which was an easy fix but that should be very important for your staff to ensure a very clean bathroom.

The mattress felt too old, like starting to have whole in the middle. The room cleaning service they did the bed and brought clean towels, but the floors weren't cleaned. At 9am when I came down for breakfast the trays for eggs, bacon and potatoes were empty and there wasn't an employee checking the breakfast area so I couldn't ask if they will fill up the trays again. I couldn't try the breakfast. On my room refrigerator an ice cream was left inside, don't sure it was for a previous costumer, or a room service employee and the floor wasn't vacuumed. There wasn't a lot of dust, but I could tell that the floor wasn't clean. You guys need to pay attention about how clean the rooms are before costumer arrive.

The young man who was supposed to be taking care of the desk never seemed to be there when we walked up to the desk. He had to be summoned from the side room off of the desk area. Our only other complaint was the ac/heating in our never seemed to work. We needed the a/c when we arrived; however, a storm came through on our first night and weather became cooler. We did not need the room to be so cool but it never warmed up after attempting to adjust the thermostat.

The breakfast selections were very good; however, the cooking of things like the potatoes could be improved.

Certain staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, lots of different options. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The pool was only open half the time we were there. Some of the staff were not rude, but not helpful.

Very friendly staff! Gave us all the information we needed to be able to eat breakfast, about the indoor pool and hours! Bed was comfortable and air got soo cold it was very nice! Everything was very clean, loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was in the shower.

What I liked and was impressed by during my stay at this hotel is that they allowed me to park my pickup truck with a 53 fit trailer, I am a truck driver. And for me it was very important and it was a golden moment when the manager offered to park my truck on his territory.

Super clean and great staff. The front desk person was really nice at check in. The coffee was good in the morning too. There is a smaller Buccees gas station in the same parking lot, and a McDonalds, and a Goodwill! I walked to those in the morning easily to kill a little time before leaving for an appointment. That was awesome.

I thought the walls were thin, regrettably, and I had a rough night when some other guests let their kids scream and dash down the hallway until 1am. Maybe some added sound stripping on the doors would help!

This property is off the freeway so it is quieter than most. It is new with laminate flooring, so,much cleaner. My husband required grab bars so we spent the 2nd night in an accessible room. Very spacious room and bathroom. Rubber mats are available. We were able to meet with family in the lobby.

The coffee service is available but not refreshed throughout the day.

they waved a double booking because Booking.com informed me the day before I left they changed my dates.. They were very happy not to double charge me because of your slow service and response.

there’s nothing to complain about, it’s a great property.
