Katy house was an amazing place to stay! Hostess Tiffany was so sweet and is really into making sure the guests are taken care of well. The place was super clean. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porch and enjoyed a little happy hour. The bed was very comfy. The downtown is right around the corner. The breakfast was a full home cooked breakfast with amazing blueberry pancakes. It was a wonderful stay and will be back.

Tiffany and her staff make a diligent effort to be helpful and friendly to the guests at Katy House. The price of my stay was comparable to staying at the Hampton Inn in Bastrop. Obviously the accommodations at the Katy House AS WELL AS THE SOUTHERN BREAKFAST are FAR superior to any chain hotel. I have stayed at a number of the other local hotels in Bastrop and the Katy House is my absolute favorite. You will not be disappointed!

The heat makes retreating back to my room at the Katy House all the more tempting!

The whole experience was wonderful. The owner, Tiffany, was so warm and welcoming and made me feel as though I was at home. The breakfast was remarkable, as was the ambiance. The swing on the porch is a personal favorite of mine as too, the balcony off of my room. The owners are well connected to the town that the B&B is located in which makes for a comfortable and special experience. Thank you Katy House for a memorable time.

I could have stayed longer!

Adorable inn, walkable to town (1 block), the owner was super friendly and made me feel at home. The breakfast (which can be made to order) was amazing—I had an omelette with fresh produce and home made salsa—maybe the best one I’ve ever had!

Best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. The host really takes care of you and treats you like family. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in the area.

Tiffany is so hospitable! Her breakfast is amazing. The property if beautiful, cozy and so clean. Quiet and private as well, I slept so good and felt safe. Amazing communication as well. And they have kitties!

This was one of the best B&B experiences I've ever had. The host, Tiffany, pays attention to every detail, making sure the room is fully stocked with anything you might need, making amazing breakfast, and being the cheeriest host i've ever had. Extremely recommended to get a great rest in this beautiful area.

Cannot think of a single thing.

What a beautiful home. Very quiet and spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the hosts were great people. The breakfast was simply amazing. This place is a must get away stay!
