The beds are so comfortable. The housekeepers are so accommodating and make sure to clean your room really good. The front desk staff were always very friendly.

I would have preferred better breakfast options . The sausage and waffles were great but the egg was not very good . Also wish they would have had an option for grits or potatoes. Also the shower head was a little rusty but not too much . Also the drain in the shower could have been a little cleaner but other then that everything was great .

The customer service. The ladies who worked the desk were very pleasant. The smell of the hotel upon entrance and all the way thru was lovely. If you could make sure the rooms smell the same would be an even bigger plus. The beds, OMG - comfortable.

The only issue I ran into was they originally put me in room 306, however, the toilet wasn't working properly, and I was switched to room 307. Once in there, I didn't experience any issues.

I stayed on the 3rd floor by choice In a King Suite. Quiet location and quiet inside the hotel. I give this facility high marks for cleanliness and comfortable bed and soft linens. I would stay here again instead of a hotel in San Marcos or Austin. The breakfast the morning I was there was not as good as some others I have had in similar hotels, but was ok. The staff did a great job, you know they are around doing their jobs, but were not obtrusive.

The breakfast eggs and sausage needed to be warmer. Otherwise the cereals, fruits, breads were adequate for a quick breakfast. The coffee was hot and freshly made. That’s a plus. It’s not breakfast if you don’t have hot fresh coffee!

Everything about my stay was positive. This was the second time I had stayed at this hotel and I had a pleasant experience on both visits. The young lady who was on duty when I checked in and several times during my stay was most pleasant and cheerful.

It was nice to not have to find a place to ear breakfast before continuing our trip. And the hotel was right on our route so we didn't have to make any detours.

When I first looked into booking the room the price was less than $90, but when I put in the actual dates for our stay the pice doubled. I very much dislike deception. But we were tired and my husband needed to rest.

Good selection. Still plenty of seating. Area kept clean. Recommend that you book directly through the hotel. You will get more personal service and better deals. Staff was absolutely great!

Busy- to be expected for 9am. Waffle batter was off. The waffles weren't coming out right...too thin.

This was a last minute trip for a funeral. The stay was comfortable and very pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean as well as the whole building.

the hallway on the 2nd floor smelled funny; could have been other guests. Overall, no complaints.

I love how nice everyone is, the atmosphere of this place, love the breakfast it’s not a lot but it’s makes a nice vacation morning start, we love how accessible stores and restaurants are. Taco Bell McDonald’s are right next to it, Walgreens right in front.

There is remodeling going on but we don’t mind it. Some people might but we know there’s better things coming and we’re excited to see the new rooms soon

The things that I dint like was the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the sofa bed was wrapped around with plastic and looked really old, it wasn't comfortable at all.

Well located. New and very clean. The staff were helpful. Amazed for the low price. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Austin a few days later and the furnishing were more upscale, good restaurants and bar but also 6 x the cost. You decide on your needs!
