Kindness of staff and service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That I requested a top floor got there at 2:30 made my reservations back in June of 2024, and was told hotel was booked and that I couldn't get a top floor as I requested in June, I was told that because of i was not a member of the club I couldn't even check in early 30minutes??? But if I joined then I could check in early??? 🙄🙄🙄🙄 I don't know why they ask me for room preferences 🙄

I liked the location and the breakfast. The beds were nice and comfortable.

The bathroom had a dead/live cricket near the waste basket. I was in room 223. There is a spot on the wall near the tub that I saw when I used the toilet that needs improving. Someone tried to fix it with drywall mud but it’s lumpy and does not look good. That could be cut out and replaced with drywall and taped and painted. Would look better.

Loved the price! Big room for a great price! Loved the cleanliness. We were greeted with a warm welcome. We had to head out early for Texas A&M graduation but breakfast started at 6:30am. I was soo happy they had Greek yogurt, fresh fruit and boiled eggs!

Staff was very courteous. Room was clean, bathrooms were stocked with basic hygiene amenities and shower was warm.

No big issues. Could have used more light in room. Water could have been complimentary but it was reasonably priced.

Everyone was sooooo friendly! We participated in a Muddy Dash 5k at the Circuit of the Americas during our stay. The event did not have a rinse station for the participants. After the race and upon our arrival back to the hotel, the hotel staff attached a water hose for us in the back by the pool to rinse off - super cool! Also, breakfast was AMAZING! The lady in charge of breakfast was soooo nice. She showed us around the breakfast area and told us what was available. Then, she checked in on us while we were eating to see if we needed anything.

The hot tub jets at the bottom of the tub seem to need adjusting. It was like trying to sit near a geyser with water shooting up in the air which wasn't very relaxing.

Comfortable rooms and both firm and soft pillows were great. The hot tub was nice but I avoided the pool which was cold and dirty.

I had to request a coffee maker for the room.

I got there ahead of check in time and the girl at the front desk had a room they had just finished cleaning and let me stay.

That Bookings.com doesn’t communicate your special requests to the property. As I said above I got there early and was told by the girl at the counter she had no knowledge of my special request for an early check in time. I had to drive around for an hour until she called me and said they had a room ready. Next time I’ll book direct with the property.

Only stayed a short time. I was only in town to work mainly all I did was sleep in the room and get ready. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly.

straightforward accommodations, on the highway. desk service was stellar. clean. great alternative to staying in Austin

wasn’t really near anything except chain restaurants and a walmart, but the restaurant I didn’t have to drive to and I wasn’t there as a tourist, so it was appropriate

Very close to Walmart. Great location. Staff was friendly and we had everything we needed promptly.
