We loved the double sinks in the master bedroom. There was a rollaway twin bed that came in very handy for us. The balcony was a fun hangout. I loved having a washer/dryer to use in the condo itself. The kitchen was really nice and large. The condo was a great size for our family of six. The property and pools were beautiful and access to the beach was easy.

The bathtub in the hall drains very slowly. I think it needs some work. There were only four beach towels. More would be better since there were six of us. Some of the shades on the windows were broken (2) but that was a minor issue. We couldn't get the can opener to work. Sometimes the motor ran, other times nothing. We bought our own manual opener. There were minor repair issues. A powered floor vacuum would be nice to help fight the sand that came into the unit over time.

We loved the style of the condo, the balcony had a great view of the Bay!

It wasn’t clean, the floor was dirty, the kitchen was dirty, the couch looked like it has never been shampooed or cleaned plus had food crumbs and stains all over it from previous guests.

I appreciated everything was conveniently placed. The condo to the beach and the pool all walking distance.

Wish there was more amenities at the condo like eating areas / drinks or even snack options so we didn’t have to leave the facilities.

The condo was nice and comfortable. Liked the balcony. Liked being able to cook our own breakfast.

I had to email for more washcloths. They did bring some. No dish rags. Used sponges available. The tv’s didn’t seem to be hooked to Roku or something.

We loved the territory! The pools and the whole property territory is so beautiful! Everything is very well maintained and taken care of!

Unfortunately the apartment needs some repairs. Especially the kitchen and the guest bathroom. It is a great apartment. Very spacious and bright, but needs to be updated!

It was very clean comfortable condo supplied with all necessary kitchen wire, and household items well furnished, well maintained. Clean swimming pool and hot tub.

The property itself no issue at all, only some of facility wasn’t available example game room, and tennis courts. They have Maintenance on it.

When we went into 604 room wasn’t clean all the dirty sheets was pilled up inside the shower but thank GOD everything change when I call the front and explain to the supervisor and they moved us to a different apartment 603 it was a lot better and had a better balcony view I really appreciate their help

it’s looks cleans and smells very clean! loved the distance it is from the beach! perfect!

would have been good if cleaning fee was less than $125 just due to the fact that we still have to clean up ourselves by taking out all the trash, throwing all the towels in the tub and taking the bedsheets off, that is the only negative about the stay because it would have been nice to just rest w/o cleaning but overall it was great!

the room is right next to the elevators. I feel like this should be listed in the listing. you can hear them loudly going at all hours of the night. they are directly behind the master bedroom. they are annoying loud and make it hard to sleep

grounds were very tidy and clean. location, size, accommodations, price were great. thank you for a very pleasant stay.

just recommendations: battery in thermostat is low only 2 wash cloth in unit no dish clothes in unit toilet paper gets a zero rating ☹️ one of the cushions on patio may have blown away before or during our stay. you gotta love the wind.
