This is such a cute little hotel and the best part about it was the table/chairs in the room; most hotels have either a desk space or couch/ottoman, so it was awesome to see an actual place to eat! We were only there for one night but it would have been great for several days!

The only thing is the sink/bathroom space is a little tight; where they have the hanger space is close to the sink and you may hit your head if not careful, especially if you are standing there and someone comes out of the bathroom!

The property was extremely clean and the pool was very well maintained. We didn’t use the pool but the water was crystal clear and those using it seem to be enjoying themselves. Property is located a block away from a great coffee shop and Kelly’s Irish Pub both walking distance.

We stayed upstairs in room 202 and my only complaint was there was a banging noise each morning that we just couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Being menopausal and unable to sleep well it doesn’t take make to keep me from getting back to sleep so the banging was annoying for me but typical my husband slept right right through it🤨

I took my parents because I live out of state. My parents are both disable, so I truly appreciate that they held a first floor room, handicap, accessible room and even locked it until we checked in. The staff even informed us that we could park closer to accommodate my parents disabilities. With much gratitude, this meant a lot and made our trip special. Thank you so much.

It is new and clean. I know we can get breakfast elsewhere, but it something to consider would be continental breakfast or coffee makers in the rooms. Having a handicap shower would also be helpful because the tub was high for my parents and hard for my disabled parents to get into.

I really enjoyed that this is a new place at such an affordable rate! The entire facility including the rooms were very clean and smelled fresh! Updated design and easy access to the Main Street was great, too.

This place would’ve received a 10 from me but there were some slight hiccups. The towels were extraordinarily rough, there is a person or persons who use the leaf blower a little early which is disruptive for those who are vacationing and would like to sleep in. Additionally, no onsite laundry which caused us to have to find a laundromat. Also, a family member did make a comment that the pillows smelled stored and unwashed but I didn’t have any issues.

The hotel was very clean and cozy. Friendly staff!

Parking in the back was a bit of a hassle for unloading and loading things. Beds are full size so they were a great size for sharing with smaller kids but will be a tight fit for sharing with older kids.

The cleanliness of the room was top notch. Even the pool was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was right off of Padre Blvd, which was excellent. The value is amazing.

We couldn't figure out how to get the microwave and fridge to work. We didn't address this issue with the staff, because we didn't really need to use them, but I'm sure they would have done something to remedy the situation.

Had a great experience with family and the facility look excellent. Rooms clean and pool was great. Super close to the beach access as well. Rooms smelled great they are definitely keeping up with the facility. Had a amazing rest loved it. Will definitely come again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to pay $35 for a extra parking since we had rented a golf cart to travel around SPI. They literally had no other vehicles and their was so much room to park. Totally unnecessary for the extra charge.

Location was awesome,near beach , restaurants and gas stations. Very clean rooms and great staff. The room smell great. Rooms have tile and no carpet, that hold bad smells. No smoking, vaping in rooms allowed

I stayed here for the weekend! It was a blast and this hotel was part of the great experience! The location was perfect!! It was clean, staff was friendly and very helpful!! I would, without a doubt stay here again!!

The room was clean and new. The beds were comfortable. Even though the noise from the pool was loud and the other guests acted like they were the only ones at the hotel, the rooms were pretty sound-proof which was nice! The staff person was friendly and helpful.
