The hotel was super clean! You see the workers cleaning the facility all the time. Easy access to the beach. Food and service is good. The hotel let me check in early and that was a blessing since we flew to South Padre Island, thank you! It’s right across from Sea Turtle Inc , an amazing place to go visit , next door to Clayton’s restaurant , and a ten minute walk to South Padre Convention Center

I like a deep pool but that’s just my personal taste. The pool is covered by shade early in the day, about 5pm

It was a beautiful place. Very relaxing. However, our stat started pretty stressed. When we got there, we couldn’t go to our room. The office could not find our reservation. They asked for the reservation number which I gave them but they were saying that it was from a 3rd party and did not have a reservation for us. We needed a room since we were tired so we requested a room and used my card again. That was a terrible experience. In the morning we went to check again and they finally found the reservation. I don’t think you guys communicate with the hotel since they didn’t know what booking. Com m ant. Horrible experience.

Nice property but horrible experience while registering

The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Very good location and proximity to the beach.

For the price, the hotel does not offer a single bottle of complimentary water or breakfast. The restaurant was very good, but expensive. There are no lifeguards at the beach.

Had upper floor so view was great. Could see the Gulf and the Bay from Balcony. Housekeep did an awesome job, came daily and didn't just make the bed they changed the sheets regularly. Restaurant was awesome both food and service.

The bathtub was kind of slippery and only one hand rail. The pool was nice but not heated and there was no hot tub to make up for it. The programming on the heater keep dropping the temp in our room and we had to reset it.

Friendly staff, access to the beach, cleanliness , pool and location.

The view was horrible, partial Beach view, balcony above all the AC units outside on the front porch roof in front of the hotel entrance and it was loud we didn't enjoy the balcony. The best rooms are facing the pool side.

Location was excellent, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal! Staff always courteous and friendly. The clean smell throughout the hotel was a bonus! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Would have preferred heated pool and hot tub to complete this package.

The facility is nice, but very overpriced!

Lot of money You are doing a disservice to your customers when you are offering valet parking for $35 and your employees park those cars right in front of the hotel, but you make those customers who choose self parking have to park our cars way out there, where you have to cross a very busy street, putting our safety at risk. Wouldn't it make better sense for your customers to park in front of the hotel when there are spaces available, and once those spaces are filled, then offer valet parking for those clients that do not want to walk a great distance? Someone can't think straight or you are simply desperate to make a lot of money offering valet parking for $35 to park cars right in front of the hotel. Never seen anything like this before!

Beautiful building. The rooms are very comfortable. Great staff. Easy access to the beach. Wonderful pool. Exquisite food and drinks at Bar Louie.

The Beach bar is not too great. They have a different management and the drinks are not to great.

Clean nice room. Bed comfortable I thought I had ocean view but it was a side view of ocean which all rooms had. Good restaurant , quiet for most part. Music on beach front days and restaurant at night. Located near two nature parks. One for birds and one for sea turtles. Both well worth seeing.

Parking can get scarce and overrun parking across busy road.

Its very clean and very organized!

The 2 bed smaller room we got at first was was a bit too small and the view we got was not great, the view was the roof of the building. We upgraded to a bigger room and were able to get a better view of the beach.
