The hotel was super clean! You see the workers cleaning the facility all the time. Easy access to the beach. Food and service is good. The hotel let me check in early and that was a blessing since we flew to South Padre Island, thank you! It’s right across from Sea Turtle Inc , an amazing place to go visit , next door to Clayton’s restaurant , and a ten minute walk to South Padre Convention Center

I like a deep pool but that’s just my personal taste. The pool is covered by shade early in the day, about 5pm

The breakfast options were vast and of good quality. It was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel along with Starbucks coffee and pastries. It made us feel as if we did not have to leave the hotel. The location was great and right in front of the beach, which have our trip a more relaxing feel. The pool was also fun for the kids and they enjoyed all aspects of it. Staff and bartenders were friendly and accommodating. Fresh clean towels were available near poolside. The Firework show on Friday night was exciting and an unexpected thing to see.

The only thing I would change is for the hotel to provide some chairs or umbrellas being on the beachfront. There were only rentals available through a third party that only took cash. This was definitely a bummer.

The room was comfortable, beds were comfy, good view of Claytons firework show. Room service from Bar Louie was delicious!! The pool was relaxing and fun for the whole family. The beach is steps away from the hotel. Right in front of the Turtle inc rescue.

The humidity was high the first night so there was ALOT of condensation on the floor after going on to the balcony for the firework show and back in the room. VERY SLIPPERY. Had to slowly get a towel and walk with it to dry it up. It continued through to the morning. And the breakfast buffet could have had a better variety. Parking sucked, not convenient if you have little ones to park across the street in the carryover parking lot.

It was a beautiful place. Very relaxing. However, our stat started pretty stressed. When we got there, we couldn’t go to our room. The office could not find our reservation. They asked for the reservation number which I gave them but they were saying that it was from a 3rd party and did not have a reservation for us. We needed a room since we were tired so we requested a room and used my card again. That was a terrible experience. In the morning we went to check again and they finally found the reservation. I don’t think you guys communicate with the hotel since they didn’t know what booking. Com m ant. Horrible experience.

Nice property but horrible experience while registering

The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Very good location and proximity to the beach.

For the price, the hotel does not offer a single bottle of complimentary water or breakfast. The restaurant was very good, but expensive. There are no lifeguards at the beach.

Had upper floor so view was great. Could see the Gulf and the Bay from Balcony. Housekeep did an awesome job, came daily and didn't just make the bed they changed the sheets regularly. Restaurant was awesome both food and service.

The bathtub was kind of slippery and only one hand rail. The pool was nice but not heated and there was no hot tub to make up for it. The programming on the heater keep dropping the temp in our room and we had to reset it.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, friendly attentive staff, easy access to the beach, and a variety of breakfast options.

Not a lot of parking in front of the property, but they do offer overflow parking across the street.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was amazing. The food and the restaurant was spectacular.

The fact that we did not have parking, and the fact that they did not clean our rooms one time in three days. We did learn once we checked out that we had to request our rooms to be cleaned. The staff was very nice about bringing us additional towels

Friendly staff, access to the beach, cleanliness , pool and location.

The view was horrible, partial Beach view, balcony above all the AC units outside on the front porch roof in front of the hotel entrance and it was loud we didn't enjoy the balcony. The best rooms are facing the pool side.

Location was excellent, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast every morning was phenomenal! Staff always courteous and friendly. The clean smell throughout the hotel was a bonus! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Would have preferred heated pool and hot tub to complete this package.
