Location is great and the room was very clean.

They only allow 1 car permit per room. 2nd permit is $25. That is almost the cost of renting another room! Also they want a $100 cash deposit for possible damage. They will not put a hold on a card.

the room was clean and the location was so convenient. i loved the pool, and the parking was good as well. the staff was very nice and friendly.

my only complain wat that one of the bed sheets had stain on it, we didn't think much of it and slept on the other bed. one of the new towels they brought us had orange stains on them so we didn't use it.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They recommended places nearby and even explained the parking to me. Loved the hot tub feature in the room and location.

The alarm clock in the room kept going off and made sense why it was unplugged. The remote worked to turn on the TV but I couldn’t change the channel or turn it off so it was on all night on a very disturbing channel.

Bed was so comfortable and room was super clean.

When I reserved/booked the room it was because I figured room had a jacuzzi based on the pictures that was posted and when I got the hotel/room there was no jacuzzi. so I feel the pictures posted on King Room should be changed because that to me is false advertisement.

It was centralize location parking available with a parking permit and the housekeeping staff was very attentive

The Noise from the second floor people stomping and yelling and being loud outside. There is no Ice machine to get ice from and no breakfast like in other hotels

I liked the cleanliness. The spa tub was amazing. I also liked that the check out was so easy, I didn't have no troubles with that.

I didn't like the smell of the room when you first go in. It smells like if it was all wet like mold or something close to that.

Clean, quiet, great location. Glad I was on 1st floor as I am 70 and believe all places should automatically discount prices and place senoirs 70 plus on ground level. We did not make the money needed to live in today's economy.

The TV and remote were not fully functional. The big tub was unnecessary.

Parking was awkward…..label parking…. To have better access to rooms, handicap rooms

Charging for towel that had make up on it…. Make-up comes off in wash…. Other than that all was good.

Excelente location, close to beach, middle of attractions & restaurants, excellent helpful staff, very clean rooms, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker in room, late check out, Awesome prices, great parking.

Excellent staff, location & prices on rooms.

The room was clean and ready to go upon arrival. We had more than enough towels and linens. It was nice and dark in the room and we only had to call the one time for the Jacuzzi to get turned on. It was an amazing overnight trip.
