The room was very nice. My daughter and wife enjoyed the pool. The bed was also surprisingly comfortable as well. My wife and I fit comfortably. My daughter had no complains about the bed either. The parking was also very spacious.

The service desk person was little rude. She might have been having a rough day. It didn't ruin our stay, but was rather distasteful. The space between the shower and the toilet was also not much. The ac could have been a bit cooler as well.

It was comfortable and clean. We didn't have any issues with the room.

The people next room over had dogs and because the dogs were barking, we were not able to get clean towels because I assume they thought we had the dogs. there should be a system where it mentions which rooms have pets. I mean we still got towels after we went to the front and asked, but it was still kind of a peeve.

the room was clean and couldn't see day light coming in around door. the floors were clean and it was handicap accessible. the ramps were the best part. I told person at front desk we will be back, this is way better then the super 8, that place is going to get a visit from ADA about handicap ramps with parking pylons in front of them blocking wheels from using them. So I recommend staying here and not at Super 8

The room seems to have been renovated fairly recently, as the hotel seems considerably older. For the price I paid, I was very happy with the accommodations. Outdoor direct access, which is my preference. Staff were super nice and helpful.

Accommodations seemed a little spartan - but again, for the price, no complaints. It was a work trip, not a vacation, so extra amenities were not a priority. Overall a very pleasant, productive stay. Will stay again next time I'm at SPI.

When we pulled up outside, I was a bit worried we had picked a bad hotel but upon entering the room it was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a king size bed and a double, a couch to sit on, and a small kitchen with both microwave and cooktop stove. No dishes are provided, so you would need to bring your own if you want to cook and it is small so you wouldn't want to cook a big meal but cooking eggs or something for breakfast wouldn't be bad. There was a desk and chair to sit down and eat at. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of towels for us. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do.

There are quite a few stairs to climb so if you are one to travel with a lot of things be prepared to carry things up the stairs as there is no elevator.

Loved the location being able to walk to restaurants and stores. Since it was Memorial weekend, traffic was so backed up walking was only option.

ICE machine was broken, shower curtain rod was barely hanging on and pillows were super thin.

Overall the place was clean comfortable and clean staff amazing to me needs and questions

I didn’t like the fact I kept hearing people cry and yell in the middle of the night there was a couple that did not let me sleep due to fighting

Good hotel that is center on the island. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to have a later check out since we checked in late in the evening.

We were charged additional fees for our two teenagers that were with us at check in. Both under 17 so that was unexpected.

The staff was amazing and very kind. When they couldn’t find my reservation (because of the app not their fault at all) they honored and upgraded with no extra charge. They went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for that.

It was clean and very comfortable.

It was a nice and clean hotel. So we spent two weeks there. Staff was very friendly.

Breakfast was the same every day. Gets a little old after being there for two weeks.
