This hotel was great for us. Staff was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Options include waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, bagels, toast, muffins, fruit, cereal and juices. Upon checking in, we noticed a dead lightbulb in our bathroom, It was fixed the same day we told the front desk.

Location was great right off the highway 1.5hrs to Galveston for you fellow cruisers and staff was very friendly accommodations were clean.

Ran out of eggs at breakfast with less than one quarter of the rooms booked. Room temperature was set at 78 degrees when we arrived at 9:45pm at least run temps at 72 took the room three hours to comfortable enough to sleep.

The breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. It was very close to the renaissance festival. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The only complaint is that our room had an odor upon arrival. However the staff was very quick to address this concern and got everything taken care of by the time we even got our luggage unloaded from the car.

The lights over the bathroom vanity were not working. TV was not working when we arrived. Had to trouble shoot it to get it working.

Bathroom smelled funny,but I think it's just the drain but it wasn't bad enough to report & I had request twice for towels but it was taken care of quickly the 2nd time!

Breakfast was great!! Fresh hot & cold as applicable. Staff very efficient & accommodating. Kept clean.

We were on the 2nd floor - no ice machine. Everything was great!

Only concern - my husband stayed by the pool to visit with friends while I took kids up to bed. I had both keys in the room so he went to the front desk for another key. He asked for a key to room 219 and was given a key without having to show any form of identification. Scary to think that just anybody could come in, ask for a room key and get it.

Everything from the breakfast to the amenities to the staff, this is my go-to Hotel when I'm in the Waller Houston area!!!!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. It was close to the Renaissance Festival (30 minutes away). Was able to get rooms next to each other.

The poor staff seeing over the breakfast was by herself. It seemed like there should have been someone around to help her.
