Great location for our family reunion in Tours every two years. As much as we loved the Czech Inn and have great memories of staying there many times, the Holiday Inn upgrade was much needed. Everything is new, trendy, and very clean. The lobby and breakfast areas have lots of comfy seating with cushioned chairs and couches, which is where our families hung out before and after the reunion. I love the suites this hotel has - very large rooms with 2 queen beds plus a pull-out couch and 2 TVs. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean. I like the Dove toiletries in the bathrooms. Fitness center has new, barely-used equipment. Breakfast buffet is the usual fare, but the cinnamon rolls are to die for! The lady in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly and hard-working in keeping everything clean and well-stocked. Scarlett was very helpful and hard-working, too, to get us all checked in to our rooms. When one of our rooms had a problem with the AC, she switched us to another room right away. She made sure all of our rooms were on the same floor and close together.

While the lobby is nice and cool, the hallways are very warm and stuffy and a little smelly. But I’d rather the AC be conserved for my room rather than used in the hallway! Also our bathtub had a ring of dirt in one area; otherwise the bathrooms were clean and amply stocked with towels and toiletries.

The property was conveniently located, making restaurants and other businesses easily accessible during my stay. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable.

The TV channel selection was very limited, but the guest wi-fi allowed me to watch my preferred news and other programming on my mobile device. There was some road noise due to the proximity of the property to the interstate highway, but very little noise inside.

Breakfast offerings were extensive, however having hard boiled eggs would have been great! Coffee machine produced delicious coffee!

There was no fan in the bathroom which made the humidity be super high. Need a fan.

The bed was very comfortable. It had a smart tv and I would connect my laptop to it to practice my presentation.

They did not give me a receipt and said I would receive that from Booking.com but I didn’t and had to call back and request a receipt.

It was a convenient location for our trip. The staff were very helpful with all accommodations and requests. The breakfast had great options. The room was very spacious and clean.

With sign on door housekeeping still knocked before check out. Beds were a little loud during adult time.

Staff was friendly and we had excellent service. Facility was clean. Texas is hot in the summer and the room was perfectly cooled when we arrived. We left early in the morning, before breakfast time, but the coffee was fresh and piping hot in time for us to get a cup before we departed. The bed was the most comfortable I have EVER slept in at a hotel...if all Holiday Inn Plus(s) are like this one - we will be staying again and and again!

no king rooms available even though they were listed as available on Booking. supposedly an issue with short staffed on house cleaning.

Just off the highway and had lots of gas stations nearby.

The shower needs a bar to grab onto. The tub was slippery. And the door was very hard to shut and lock. It wasn't shut all the way when I opened it. It just pushed open.

Location was perfect. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Will be back.
