Was in a good location for food, and not too far from activities in town. The staff was nice, easy, and quick to check in and out. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, just not maybe as much variety as some other hotels. The only slight issue was that the ac in our room was just a little loud and had a little squeak. But wasn't in the room enough for it to matter.

We had a nice stay in Waco. Our original reason for driving to Waco was to see the Magnolia Silo District. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was fiendly.

The only things that was a little weird was a homeless person was living in the parking lot adjacent to the hotel. He had a tent, 2 big dogs and music playing when we parked our car. We did not interact but the dogs were barking. The food was not so great. Eggs tasted like chlorine.

The handle on the toilet was broken when i arrived. I had to reach in the tank and grab the broken rod and chain to flush it. I didnt want to deal with maitaince ect so i just puled the chain the whole time and let them know when i left

The breakfast was delicious. Location was great - very near all attractions that we wanted to visit, Magnolia, Baylor, Texas Sports Hall of Fame, etc...

On the booking.com website it advertises an indoor pool but they are currently tearing the pool out to make way for a new area, the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Also for room service during our stay we needed to schedule it a day in advance and this was not communicated to us.

Cleanliness abd next to a test, Cracker Barrel. Next to a coffee shop, Starbucks.

The Hampton lost my reservations from booking.com, but they were able to get me a room. NOT the room type or at the price listed on booking.com.

The staff didn't acknowledge me at check in. Upon me approaching the front desk I had to greet the staff. I was never offered a water or anything being that I am a IHG member

My partner had to fix our toilet because the chain was off. The door to the bathroom also would not shut. It had clearly settled because there were scuff marks on the tile, and the bottom of the door was peeling off. I had asked for handicap accessible, and there was room for the wheelchair, but the bathtub had no grab bars, and the toilet didn’t either.

Staff was very accommodating to Our request for a 1st floor room. Hotel was Sold Out with displaced Tornedo Survivors but both the Staff and Guest handled the load beautifully!

The Thunderstorm that woke Me up 2 hrs before My alarm went off.

Everything was clean from the lobby to the bathroom. We felt comfortable in our room and the building. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was good, had a wide selection and was appreciated as we left for church.

Would be nice if the light above the sink would turn on. also would be nice if there was an exhaust fan in bathroom for steam.

Easy to access from main arterial road yet quiet. Friendly and welcoming service on arrival, clean and comfortable rooms with close external dinning options and a cool pool on a hot day.
