The location was perfect. It was easy to get to locations in town. The room was spacious, parking was easy, accommodations were comfortable.

There was remodel construction occuring which happens. We were not told of the remodel work going on. My previous stay with a Courtyard by Marriott was a larger location with a full restaurant, room service, full bar.

Everything and everyone! We always stay at this location when we visit family in Waco. The property is always well kept, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the staff is top notch when it comes to customer service! Excellent hotel and I highly recommend it!!

Breakfast was good but rather expensive. Most motels of this level offer breakfast for the price of the stay. The bed was too soft for my liking, but that may just be me.

Very nice property but a bit out of whack with the construction going on in the lobby. Should me of the plug outlets in the room was not working so we had to get maintenance to bring a power strip for us

Needs to have rooms updated

The location was right across the street from the river, which is nice.

The bathroom needs to be updated. The floor was sticky in the area in front of the sink. Twice the toilet started running on its own. When I flushed it, it stopped.

Property was in a fantastic location. Receptionist allowed us to check in early and was super friendly. Parking was free. Rooms were clean. Hotel was very clean. Price was very affordable.

Honestly nothing major to say here. Hotel was a little dated with the decor but still very comfortable and clean.

There is plenty of space to walk the dogs, plenty of shaded parking spots, it is right across the street from the walking paths on the brazos river, and a short walk to the Brazos Landing restaurant.

I loved the area. It was close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Loved the courtyard view. Staff were very nice and happy.

The cleaning carts were stationed in front of our room with the cleaning staff waiting for their orders.

Location, ease in and out, room was comfortable. Jim at the reception desk was very helpful.

Quite a few dead insects outside, probably a recent spraying. But better outside than inside
