A couple of years ago we stayed at a Hilton Home2 Suites in the Houston Medical Center area. the breakfast was not so good. Not sure if Hilton improved the breakfast across all Home2 Suites facilities, but the breakfast at the Waco property was much better.

Desk clerk at check in told us in a rather grumpy way that even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I was not eligible for Hilton Honors points because I booked the room through a third party. I did not think that was correct, I was in no mood to argue with him epecially since he had already shown his "grumpiness" with my question.

The hotel room was very specious and I enjoyed having the kitchenette area and sitting area separate from the beds. While we weren't next door to each other, the hotel was able to get our rooms close to each other. It was easy to get to, check in was easy, and the breakfast options were great. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfy.

The neighborhood behind the hotel seemed a little sketchy, but other than that the area was good and it had restaurants within walking distance. The ice machine on our floor didn't work, but that was the only complaint.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. Whatever time of day (we left at 3:00 am) the staff was attentive and very hospitable. The rooms were cleaned and up to date. We did need to request room cleaning, I'm not used to that but I guess different customs for different times.

The breakfast was palatable, I liked the waffles were tasty, but the coffee could have been stronger. Maybe less microwave meals.

Breakfast was excellent-they kept the food items stocked through out the breakfast times.

I was double charged-was charged for 2 rooms with only one room booked. They also charge a $50 early check in fee-and a $25 accidental fee that isn’t listed on the website.

Our room was on the end so we had windows on two sides. It was perfect because I crafted while my husband was at his conference each day. We were there a week so the free laundry was a great bonus. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast. We will be back next year. I hope we can get the same room.

The front staff members were very personable. The breakfasts were excellent every day. Our rooms were great with a bed in one section, a sofa & TV in another, and a kitchen with a full size frig, a microwave, dishwasher and cookware and servingware.

I didn't realize that our room would not be cleaned daily. When I asked an attendant for more towels and dishwasher detergent, she brought it right away.

The s5aff was friendly and very helpful. I asked about a shower seat, and they brought me one and set it up for me. The service desk team was literally at my door with the shower/tub seat in less than 5 minutes!!

There wasn't much of a choice for health conscious consumers. The breakfast wasn't prepared fresh food and it was all too spicy

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was convenient for us. It was great having a washer & dryer available to us. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Snacks were a little expensive. All in all, we will plan to stay here again.

Outstanding, friendly and welcoming staff. Feels more like home than a hotel. Very accommodating and kind toward kids and pets. Spacious, clean rooms with lots of amenities! Delicious breakfast with plenty of options 😋 You will not be disappointed!

I wish I could have stayed longer!
