Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member! She was super sweet, and her laugh was contagious! Great customer service is so important! We booked the King Suite, which was literally the size of a small apartment. When you walk in, you have a little kitchen, with 2 stove top burners & all! We were a family of 5, so for the adults, we had our own room with a King size bed, a king size bed for 2 kids in the main area, and a sleeper couch. It was perfect with plenty of room! Breakfast was delicious, as well, plenty to choose from. The kids of course loved the Texas waffles. The indoor pool was great, and the spa was so relaxing! Caution, the bathtub is slippery! We put a small hand towel on the bottom for the kiddos but with that said, there wasn’t enough towels for a suite, but that was an easy fix! No real complaints, and the kids loved it! We will be staying at Best Western again!

The young woman who checked me in on the evening of 07/28. I was very tired. She was kind and sweet. The next morning, she was working in the diningroom. She kept the coffee karafes full and the room tidy. She was, again, kind and sweet. Her personality made me smile and helped me relax. The light that shown through her kept my spirits up for the next 11 hours of drive time. She told me her name, but I cannot remember it. Special, "Thank You" to her.

The bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be rotting. There were flakes of rotted door debris all of the bathroom floor. Kind of grossed me out when I used the restroom the next morning.

Minus my mix up with Bookings.com telling me I can RESERVE A 1BED KING ROOM THEN I GET THERE MIDNIGHT ALMOST 1AM TO FIND OUT THE SERVICE FOR MY RESERVATION WASN'T EXCEPTED THEN I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $100 in Cash FOR Another ROOM SMDH THEN BOOKINGS.COM SERVICE take forever to follow back up with you over something a kid in highschool can do but they have people that don't know what they are doing or barely can speak English then have a attitude like WTF I'm just pissed I travel to much and bookings.com service is getting VERY SADDENING!!!

Tab at the front desk went so far above and beyond when I left my phone in the Uber. She is so sweet and so was everyone else working there. Texas hospitality is a real thing here! This is the second time I've stayed here and both visits were great!

The weather in Texas is a bit warm for my taste and the humidity makes even a little damp. The swimming pool was so refreshing and not too cold.

The front desk personal are always very friendly and check-in is quick. The hotel is very clean and the room, towels and bathroom were very clean.

Only improvement would be better quality pillows. There were two pillows on each side of the bed, but they had no support.

Very friendly man checked us in and went out of his way to be sure everything was okay. Room was better than a lot of others we have stayed in over the past few months. Better value than a lot of Waco hotels.

This was our 2nd stay at this location! Front desk personal was very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean and towels were fresh and very clean which is a must for me! Bed was very comfortable! Pillows were comfortable also! Checking in and out was fast! Definitely recommend this property!!

The staff is so welcoming and attentive you feel as if you were in a family owned bed and breakfast. The hot breakfast was delicious, real food, not microwave quickies and doughnuts. The coffee was great. There was no charge for parking.

Everything was perfect. Will definitely come back.

They had an amazing breakfast bar and the staff there were so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be recommending this to my family.

The pool was closed everytime we tried to get in it, needs signs posted to notify of cleaning times so can plan accordingly.

The staff was excellent! Everything was clean and smelled good. My husband and I just moved to the Waco area and are currently living in our camper so this was a great chance to get a little room to spread out and to take a real shower!!

The spa was open the first night but when we went down the second night it was closed. I generally pick a hotel based on 3 things 1) breakfast 2)spa and 3) pool, plus in the winter I want this to be indoor and open.
