No worries about bed bugs were the greatest peace a motel could offer. Beds were huge, high quality, and the entire unit was so clean we walked barefooted in the room. Lighting fixtures were well-thought, as only the vanity area was bright, the rest were dimmer, and easier in the evening. No bugs rushing into our room when we open our door, was really great, or there'll be screams throughout our stay. Can't hear our neighbors at all, really appreciate the insulation against noise. Granite countertop made me feel like I'm in a 4 star hotel. Very clean bathroom and towels. Will be our go-to accomodation each time we visit Waco.

Not having an escalator was extremely difficult for traveling, Asian ladies who bought 5 luggage worth of shopping! To haul the luggages up and down was quite dangerous. No porter help available or we'd have paid for it.

The place was so clean and cozy. We just felt safe and at home. We will for sure come stay here while in waco. And the price is the best. We have stayed at really fancy places but this was the most cozy.

I Loved it all.

Staff could not have been more accommodating. Very friendly and the location was just a few minutes away from I-35 and close to a Mall. I felt safe getting up in the night to walk my dog.

More choice for the continental breakfast.

Very clean, quiet, smelled fresh. Parking lot was well lit and clean. Front desk folks are lovely, kind, helpful people!

The power went out during our stay, but this was outside the hotel’s control.

Coffee, creamer & sugar in room was not adequate. Pricing was a little steep for the amended & location

It would have been nice to add juice to the offerings of Danish and coffee. And maybe muffins or bagels.

In the bathroom , we saw a few very small bugs scurrying about. They were only about a fourth of an inch long but looked like tiny roaches.

Staff was incredibly nice and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. We will stay here again for sure.
