The hotel is not very from HEB grocery store and Baylor University. This is convenient.

I am not pleased that the hotel charged me $261 besides my normal fees unexpectedly. I reported it to the hotel, and David said he avoided it for me. But three days have passed and it is still on my account. I am quite upset. Besides, I checked out one day earlier than planned, but the rebursement has not arrived yet.

it was very comfortable. checked in at 1am and the lady at front desk was very patient and nice.

The breakfast lady WAS SUPER RUDE! Me and my brother were trying to figure out how to use the waffle machine and were confused and she just pointed to the sign then left. Also as I was getting my breakfast she asked “is this yours” to my plates and I said yes and she said “can you move them to a table” I was like “uhh sure?” I wasn’t even done putting my breakfast on the plates !! She also was getting mad at some kid for not doing the waffles correctly.

At breakfast there is only egg and bacon, the sausage needs to be added. The attention of the kitchen - breakfast staff is excellent and they are very friendly. The comfort of the beds and pillows is great. The location of the hotel is excellent, with good restaurants around.

It does not have parking capacity for all guests, the rest of the guests who do not have parking have to park at the Texas Roadhouse which is in front of the hotel across the street.

Staff was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. Easy access to locations. The rooms was very spacious with a sitting area. Breakfast was okay with lots of variety.

No streaming on TV. I would have given the rate a 5 except for that. We ended up in the room for several hours due to weather and found it challenging to find something to watch on TV.

The room was very spacious, clean and with great view. For those who love Magnolia, Fixer Upper and Chip and Joanna Gaines story, like me, this is the perfect place. It is located across the street of Magnolia Table 💚

We would like to have the A/C a little bit cooler.

Extremely friendly staff, the property is very clean and secure, the inside was kept up beautifully, and the rooms were spacious and also clean. The hot breakfast was delicious! And was very appreciative of the hotel being able to accommodate us with a wheelchair accessible room.

The location can be a little confusing to get to when you’re having to take the legendary Waco Circle. Visitors who are not familiar with it could have a harder time getting to the property

The staff were above measure in all areas of customer service. Breakfast was excellent and there was always hot coffee.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was in close proximity to shopping, sightseeing, and Magnolia Farms (the reason for our stay). Desk and housekeeping staff were kind and respectful. The property was quiet and well maintained.

The bed was uncomfortable (3 out of 5) but I have back and neck issues.

It is kind of hard getting in and out of the parking lot and onto the road but that is no fault of the hotel it is just the way the city has the roads.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and gave us a room that looked out to our auto tow vehicle. He made us feel very welcomed. The room was very spacious with plenty of towels, etc for 3 guests. It was very close to the attractions we wanted to see in Waco
