The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and they had ACTUAL breakfast! The room looked so nice and smelled really good. We got a handicapped room, which was quite spacious. I was impressed that even the carpet was VERY clean (no grimy feeling with bare feet)! We were provided with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths, and a bath mat. We also had 2 mini bars of soap, 1 mini shampoo, 1 mini conditioner, and 1 mini moisturizer. The AC worked excellently! I really appreciated the accommodation and decent breakfast for a lower price than other, lower-rated nearby places! There was a nice looking little pool, but we didn't use it. They also had an ice maker, vending, and laundry facility that we didn't use. The mini fridge was pretty large. There was a coffee maker (and coffee), an iron, several hangers on 2 pegs, and an ice bucket available that we did not use. We did use 2 of the paper coffee cups of the 4 that were offered. There was plenty of light, both from the window and lamps/lights throughout the room. The sun blocking curtain did its job well. We were allowed to check in a little early with no issue, and were given 2 key cards. The Wi-Fi password was written on the envelope that held them.

A bit of repair was needed in the shower that caused rusty water lines in the tub after the room had been cleaned. The wall surround just needs the joint scraped and re-caulked. Everything else was VERY clean! It's not the best neighborhood, but no one bothered us at all. The handicapped room had a few stairs in order to enter. A couple spots in the tile needed repair, one small piece was loose and another caused the bathroom door to stick slightly. Like most hotels anymore, the blanket provided is very thin, but the AC/heater works really well. The mini fridge didn't have a freezer. We did see ONE roach during our one night stay, but perhaps the rooms are close to their regular pest control visit.

I was in town buy myself for an athletic event and chose this place because all of the locations close to the venue were either full or overpriced. The interior of the room was excellent. The property seems to be recently renovated. The beds were clean and felt new, though a little hard for my taste, but more than adequate. I like the dorm style fridge that a lot of these remodeled older motels are including in the rooms. There were more than the usual number of table and floor lamps that made the room extremely bright, a nice touch. The bathrooms were clean and bright and very well done. The water pressure was a little lacking, but adequate. I generally like a strong water flow. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room keycard quit working and they quickly made a new one. The breakfast is about what you would expect for this level of hotel. Eggs, sausage and waffles with some added muffins, breads and cereals.

The exterior, though clean, is a little dated and need some sprucing up. The pool seems like an after thought as it is not very welcoming. It almost seems like they should remove it and put some other kind of amenity there. The property is surrounded by used car lots and shady apartments, but it is close to the highway and easy to get to and from the property.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay. The desk clerk was very courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. There was road construction near the inn but they weren’t working that evening. It was nice and quiet. We had a good restful sleep.

There really wasn’t anything not to like except our bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way to lock it. . This would not have been a problem but we had our grandson with us.

The room was clean and comfortable. Overall feel was of being in a nice townhouse complex surrounded by industrial buildings. It was too cold to use the outdoor pool, but it looked clean and refreshing. Breakfast was adequate.

There were some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom, especially the sink. Seemed the breakfast was short staffed as items were short and not replenished while we were enjoying our meal. Staff were responsive but not very engaging. I realize it is the norm but supplying only 2 sets of towels in a room booked for 3 adults requires the guest to bother the desk for another set. I understand not wanting to overstock the rooms or run another set down when a new booking arrives but maybe offering the extra set at registration would meet the needs of all.

At checking in, it was discovered that the 2 room that was booked is completely on the opposite sides of the hotel. The person at reception immediately assisted us to get room next to each other. Thank you for this

When we got into the one room, it smelled like weed (and that for a premises that is COMPLETELY NO SMOKE) , the even worse part was that a 8 month old baby had to sleep in that room.

Service was great when we checked in, room was very nice and lots of room. Clean.

Came from room in morning around 8:15, food area where food was served was a mess. No milk, opened food warmer tray, only 5 pieces of sausage. Had to ask to restock Items. Brought out more sausage & Egg circles was cold. My wife and myself came from room person behind counter on cell phone, and things a mess. Not a good look to public and things a mess. Your there to do a job,do it. Wasn't busy.

The breakfast was good. I stayed there on 2 different occasions this week. The first 2 days I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the interstate because I have sleep apnea. The staff asked if I would prefer upstairs and I changed my room to upstairs and it was so relaxing and quiet upstairs. I stayed another night this week and chose an upstairs room and totally enjoyed my stay. I just wish they had an elevator. But overall I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Booking.com managed to reserve and cancel my reservation on the wrong day. Booking online if very difficult because the dates constantly change as I navigate between sites researching a place that is good for us.

The room was nice and clean, the location was close to everything, the bed was comfortable . This is a high traffic area but worth it because you are close to stores, resturants, shopping and the express way.

Nice room, very clean. The free breakfast is pretty good. Eggs, sausage, waffles and more.

When it's full other people park at your door. The parking spot at each door should be reserved for that room.
