Updated and modern with nice bathrooms and lovely patio area. Reliable safety. Full kitchen. Nice TV and sofa area. We received complimentary chips, salsa, and Topo Chico. The beds were very comfortable. The location right on Baylor's campus was quiet and very convenient. I enjoyed taking my book out on the soft sofa of the patio and reading at dusk beneath the string of patio lights. I met a couple of lovely Baylor employees who chatted.

We liked everything! But coffee supplies for all 3 mornings v. 2 would have been great. Basic condiments like oil, butter, and seasonings would have been good as well.

We liked everything about the property. Location, privacy, and quiet. This has definitely spoiled us from staying in a franchised hotel. Beds we’re comfortable, living space was just the right size for our stay. We didn’t utilize the kitchen, but everything was there if we had decided to cook.

The only complaint we have is the inside temp was stuffy. It took a long time to finally cool off because it is set on 80 when guests leave. We ended up buying a fan so we could sleep comfortably.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times, and every stay was comfortable and relaxing, no worries for my college student to come here after class and relax with us. It is so convenient to stay near campus.

Nothing at all.

I was in Waco for the annual Beall Poetry Festival at Baylor. This was the perfect lodging choice across the street from campus, as well as convenient to the Magnolia Silos, the river front, and shopping and restaurants downtown. I have stayed here twice and recommend it.

A Tv in upstairs bedroom for the Kids. The family watched in the living room but, the kids wanted different shows. It would have been nice if there had been a 2nd TV upstairs.

Great place and location. Everything was nice, and though I did not get to use it, the kitchen was nice and spacious. too.

A little tight in the Livingroom area, but this place would be more for a homebased anyway, and you would be out an about mostly.

Super clean. Great location. We were there for a college visit so it was fun to be there and see it at different times. Great communication.

The ceiling in the bathroom on main level. Would be great to make that a bit better/cleaner. But that’s the only part.

Our stay was great – cute place, well-done decor, everything worked well and it was easy and efficient. Especially liked the outdoor patio with nice furniture and lighting, was a nice treat. Parking was great. Location is great.

parking lot was difficult to enter and exit. coffee bar was minimal and could have been nicer toilet paper was cheap mirror in upstairs bathroom was mounted so low I had to stoop to see in it

This unit was very well appointed and nicely renovated. I have been travelling a lot and by far this unit is a favourite and I would not hesitate to recommend it. They thought of everything- from the make up facecloths provided to the comfy beds, great location, extra parking passes for your quests, quiet location and filtered water in the fridge!
