The property is beautiful

Check in was not good at all. When we arrived we were assigned a room and when we went up to the room and opened the door, there was another couple in the room. This situation was not only embarrassing but also very unpleasant for us. This really placed my wife and I in a dangerous situation because I can only imagine how I would have felt if someone would have walked in on my wife and I. This could have ended up in a confrontation over the mistake of someone assigning us an already occupied room and the door keys with full access to the room.

I loved the light, bright, airy, and contemporary decor of the room. The bathroom was large, which made it very comfortable when 2 were in it at the same time. The hallway color and decor was tasteful and still fun and cheerful. I LOVED the art work in the lobby and we had such fun walking next door to the Farmer's Market on Saturday.

Hubby would have liked to have carpet on the floor. We know that non-carpet flooring is the current popular style but it is nice when walking around barefoot to have the padding and warmth of a carpet. This was our only negative.

I LOVED EVERYTHING! We stayed at the Boulavard steakhouse talking to the hotel staff all night long! The cleaning ladies were super nice and understanding of what we wanted! The check in staff were perfect too! Loved the guy and the girls that helped us with check in!

The only NEGITIVE thing I could say was for some reason our dryer stopped working and come to find out it was the electrical outlet that stopped working in the room.

Spacious, upscale, pool

Cambria pool was closed, but we were able to use sister hotel’s pool. housekeeping: 1) didn’t replenish coffee/water, had to call front desk. 2) I had made my bed that morning and when I came back it was all crumpled like someone had laid on the bed. Front parking entrance was closed due to utility work. The shower door kept sliding open due to the slope of the drain pan.

I booked a triple room with one King size bed and a sofa bed but the hotel does not know what a triple room means. that is. There was no sofa bed but a basic flat bed that is not intended to sleep on. Not comfortable and sadly, they were totally booked up until the second nite. We then got a second room to accommodate the both of us properly. Shame on you Booking.com, I even sent you a note to see about the lack of clarity and I have yet to get a response. Meanwhile, I have since checked out.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting downtown Waco. It was a very spacious room and very modern. The staff were very helpful.

Being from Scotland it still felt very warm so standing at the elevator with the fire on was challenging 🤣🤣

Honestly a great experience starting from the staff to the comfort of the hotel. So clean and very nice , the bathroom was great with the Bluetooth speaker on the mirror. Everything was convenient, and staff was very welcoming. I’m definitely booking again when I go back to Waco.

Everything we loved this hotel is was so clean and comfortable the rooms were so nice the staff was so sweet. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at before will be staying again for sure!

Love the property location rooms and pool are nice

They were out of towels by the pool often and the coffee was awful for how much we paid I excepted better coffee and some better creamers would go a long way

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was excellent. The pool and bar area was awesome we were looking for an outdoor pool and this one was amazing the bartender was amazing as well.
