The property was very nice very clean. The people at the front desk were very helpful. The only problem I had was they had no change for laundry. They said the manager was not on site.

I believe the property is a One collecting the money for the laundry. You’re not able to use a credit card so therefore there was no manager on site to give quarters to do laundry

Trying to ask for help in a violent situation I don't like being around people who don't know me and wishing staff would listen by the door or watch the surrounding of not just me but with everyone . Love hurt and I believe and know now don't let others room with u knowing they turn onu

It was located in a great spot in the city. Everything was pretty clean, a few crumbs on the floor but 5 minutes of being there the cleaning crew came to sweep. They were on it without me even complaining. Very on top of things!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I constantly had problems with the internet. Eventually I gave up on it and just used my own data plan from my phone. Very bad Wi-Fi unfortunately!

The mattress was comfortable, the bathroom had a cool updated mirror to use when it’s steamy or to change lighting.

The bathtub bottom was kind of nasty looking and yellow

A couple of times I have returned to my room and having someone invade my confort asking for a extra key to my roo it's scary and really botheringe

I really like the reception I got from Frankie. He was very welcoming and accommodating. He made sure to let me know if there was anything I needed was to let him know and he would try.

The noise from the freeway but there is nothing that can be done about that though.

Everything was GREAT!!! HOUSEKEEPING WAS ALWAYS MAKING SURE I DIDN'T NEED ANYTHING AND FRONT DESK WORKERS WERE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY!!

The early check in process was great

The TV was hard to figure out. The light by the bed wasn't plugged in and the bathroom light had to stay on because it would go off and not come back on.

Everything.. Staff was awesome Krystal is a sweet heart and house keeping staff ALL were Great... Keep up the good work Super 8 University/Baylor Area ❤️

I am a Veteran and I appreciate the special parking. The staff were trustworthy, helpful, courteous, and respectful! The room was very clean with also fresh white linen and towels.
