It was a comfortable room. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful.

When I compare this facility to others I have stayed at on this trip, I really have to rate it as OK. The breakfast was great. However, so was every other place I stayed on this trip. These included Holiday Inn Express, Sleep In and Suites in Dripping Springs Texas, Best Western in Monahans Texas and Quality Inn in Alpine Texas. While there were coffee cups and flatware and glasses in the room, the cups were like oversized espresso cups. When making coffee the machine only filled the cup about 2/3. I had to get extra coffee from the lobby as the staff did not provide coffee in the lobby. It was only put out at breakfast. Again, every othere place provided coffee 24 hrs a day. Also, the neither the WIFI nor the tv worked for the first 24hrs I was there. This was unacceptable.

Marcus who works the front desk, his customer service was exceptional, he was also very relatable and very personable. He made my wife and myself feel like we’ve known each other for years. That’s how great he was with us. Room was extremely nice, clean and comfortable

Better explanation on how to connect to the internet. A little confusing.

Very spacious, comfortable room. The bedroom and bathroom were divided off from the living area, kitchen and work station, so it felt like a small apartment. Excellent for working at the desk, keeping food in the full-sized fridge, using the microwave. Even a nice little kitchen table to eat at.

Clean, very secure location with locking doors past a certain hour. Must use a keycard to enter at night

One TV in our unit didn’t work properly, it was very very very slow to respond and didn’t change channels easily. Only other problem is the toilet wasn’t mounted properly so it would rock front to back and make noise.

Everyone likes the hotel except I spoke to the manager about a used dirty dried up wash cloths was still hanging in the shower. Manager did nothing to make out stay more suitable . And we were staying at the hotel for a cancer medical procedure and we have more to come. I hope we don't run into this situation again

The taste of the foods and coffee and juices was good. The room was modern and excellent, great shower.

Needed more service at the breakfast. Ran out of some things (one thing was the eggs) and no one around checking anything or to ask anything. No housekeeping after 1st night, could have used fresh towels.

Good selection of yogurt and fruit at breakfast.

Coffee was terrible….way too strong and tasted burnt. Prefer scrambled eggs to those prefab egg offerings. Need microwave available in breakfast area. Lighting poor in bathroom and no heat vent in bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was enjoyable! We look forward to returning again! Location was ideal accessible to everything we needed! Pleasant area to walk and the amenities were great! Prefer an indoor pool for the time there!

Almost everything was great. Location. Amenities. Quiet and clean. Request for room accommodated.

Power went out. Difficult to find desk staff for assistance when needed. Breakfast service was mediocre compared to other properties- not much selection or service.

Everything was fantastic and easy to get to.

The shower. I do not love how the back end of the shower is open. Sounds silly and very minor but I felt so cold while taking a hot shower.
