The staff went above and beyond my expectations with the booking. Traveled to Waco from Georgia and along the way of course there were many stops. Eventually getting into Texas, there was alot of traffic, and roadwork at about 12 am which is insane to me. The staff ensured we were already checked in before we even arrived to ensure our room was secured. 10/10, will stay here next year when I return!

I truly enjoyed the stay at this location. For the value of it's price, and location within Waco, it can't be beat! There wasn't really anything that I could point out that I disliked. I guess the only thing I truly think could use improvement... The elevator shaft could use some greasing. That's about it.

The staff was exceptional (Gigi). She assisted us with some problems we had when making our booking. She always welcomed us by our first names, and wished us safe travels when we left. She was very approachable and we felt comfortable when we discussed our traveling journey. Gigi was very friendly and personable

We were never able to locate a luggage cart until the morning that we checked out, and even then, it was after we had made 5 trips carrying everything down to our car. The cart was so small, I would have had to make at least 3 trips with it, as compared to all the other hotels whereas everything could be loaded in one trip. Also, no ice machine on the property.

Breakfast was acceptable. Room was very nice with kitchen add on. Gigi was very helpful in relaying information to me as I have never stayed at one of your facilities before this week. Overall, this facility is very nice. In addition, Gigi and the support staff is quite wonderful and gave me every item I needed to feel at home.

I understand you have a freezer and full refrigerator, but ice machine would be helpful occasionally for families who are visiting and an in house gym would be a super addition. Plus, I think you need to advertise this facility on social media as it is excellent to stay at for extended periods of time. I hope to see you next year for the WACO charity invitational disc golf championship.

Gigi the front desk receptionist was amazing from the minute I checked in. Each day of my stay she greeted me by my name. Wished me a good day and thanked me for choosing Extended Stay hotel.

Remove the stained carpets in the rooms replace with laminate wood flooring.

I liked the room. Especially the kitchen in the room. I like the price I paid as well. I’m a single mother of 3 so it helped a lot. Altogether tho I absolutely loved the staff.! Ms. GG my favorite

The shower working . And the people above my room fighting. I called the front desk after my daughter was woken up from the fighting and they said they would handle it but never did they

Super convenient location. Staff is outstanding!!! The rooms are set up very nice for someone having to spend an extended stay in a hotel.

Nothing major - miss the hot breakfasts(but I also know that comes with an increase in room cost) and maybe a bit better pillows; but the pillows I had did not affect my sleep one little bit.

Very well located, near to a mall and good places of Woodway and Waco There's availability of parking always The room was comfortable and clean

I couldn't pay by cash, that was bad, it was debited from my credit card. The breakfast wasn't good, just snacks and coffee. The washing machines was expensive

The lady at the front desk was very friendly, we were able to get a room last minute when our car broke down traveling through the area. They allowed for dogs which was perfect!

The place was older, maybe a little rundown, but seemed to be clean, and my room was nice and cool on a hot Texas day.

Traveling for work and this hotel was close to the location. They offer kitchenettes, which definitely helps when you’re working construction.

They offer a grab and go breakfast and it would have been nice to have a few more options for the bagged breakfast and possibly offered a bit earlier.

Staff are really good. They go out of the way to make you feel better. Especially Diana (Dee Dee ) and JiJi really helped me a lot in terms of making me feel at home. The staff are nice warm and very welcoming. That's what makes all the difference. I have at ESA Houston before. But I loved to stay ESA Waco more.
