The location is great. 8mins from Magnolia Table. 11mins from Silos and Dr Pepper museum. Lots of fast food and table service restaurants. Heb is close. The rooms are clean and modern. Lots of soft towels. The sofa pulls out for a double bed. Coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, and blow dryer availability. Quiet too! Breakfast is decent, I wish the food stayed warm but its placed in serving bowls on the counter. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, bread and bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruits, nuts, frozen waffles, jelly, jam, cream cheese, honey, peanut butter, tortillas, muffins, orange juice, coffee, apple juice, or water.

The breakfast isn't kept hot in the serving bowls.

We were more than pleased with the size of the room. We reserved a bouble queen room with a sofa bed. 2 queen beds and a full sofa bed means that 4 adults and 2 kids had plenty of room to sleep. I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was so comfortable! The free breakfast was really good too! There were lots to choose from, and I really appreciated the salsa and flour tortillas! We were only here for 2 mornings, but each morning, there were different items to choose from. You have eggs, flour tortillas, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, shredded cheese, and salsa every morning. The first morning was ham, the second morning was sausage links, one morning was waffles, and the second morning French toast. The first morning were potato chunks that were fried, and the second morning, there were hash brown patties. There were all kinds of condiments for you to choose from, too. The coffee was really good and I'm picky about my coffee! You have convenient snacks and drinks so you don't have to run to the store for a drink or snack. The indoor pool was nice, but I wish it had been outdoors. The staff was really nice and helpful and provided whatever we asked for. There were ample parking spots, and the location could not have been better. We enjoyed top golf, Cameroon Park zoo, the Dr. Pepper Museum and the Black Rifle coffee shop was the best I ever had! I definitely would recommend this place to others and will stay again when we visit the grands!

I looked every morning for grits and biscuits and gravy since we are in the south, but there weren't any on the mornings we were there. Biscuits and gravy are standard breakfast items and should always be included! Other than that, we had absolutely nothing to complain about!

It was open and airy. The hotel was free of any cigarette or other bad odors. No allergens detected and overall clean. I felt safe and there is definitely space to walk around on the lobby floor. The breakfast was very good with fresh cut melon and other healthy options. The room was clean, the linens were clean and appeared new. There was a desk, coach, and I could change the temperature of the room. Being summertime I realized Air b n b host were not as free with the air conditioning. Hence, reason back staying at hotels. Also breakfast and lack of cleaning fees. Felt safe and secure!

The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great and was quiet compared to some of the other places I've stayed. The breakfast was good and had a good selection.

While the location was close to the things I was doing, the traffic was heavy making it very difficult to get in and out of the hotel. For the most part, the room was quiet. However, one night the people in the next room and above us were extremely noisy making it difficult to sleep.

Great fitness facility and staff. Nice layout, rooms well appointed. Shower in particular was nice.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Housekeeping-it was apparent that this property is a wonder place to work and that the staff enjoy working with one another. This is wonderful. However, it also meant that there were animated slightly loud conversations between staff in the hallway. I found it difficult to sleep during the day due to the hallways noise. Not everyone sleeps traditional hours.

The hotel was clean, Breakfast was very good and well stocked and the management was very tentitive. The surrounding area (parkinglot) was well lit up, and felt secure even at night. The rooms was spacious, clean and well kept, the room to room noise was almost none.

The parking area is a little small, spaces are very few for the amount of guest able to stay. water pressure was a little low, could be due to the faucet and shower head used.

I love the breakfast fare. over and above the standard with steel cut oats, sausage, berries with vanilla yogurt and bran muffins. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and lots of tvs with a variety of programming to watch there. The beds are super comfy and showers get an A+. Good programming on tv. Good Indian restaurant across the street. Really enjoyed the stayed.

Others mentioned the odor in the lobby. That can be easily remedied with ozone treatment in the pool area. Call the experts and get get er done.

The breakfast at this facility was very good and well kept. the location was a good location, easy access, close to resturants and shopping and close/easy access to main highways.

the parking area is a little small if the motel is heavily booked, In the room I was in the HVAC/thermostat was not working correctly it would get stuffing brfore it kicked on then it would get cold before it shut off (it was about and 8-9 degree variation in temp.

They accept pets

-A very small selection for breakfast -Pet fee. -I do not like Booking due to the pact that I do not know how to get in touch with them. I booked for 4 people but only had 3 people stay. I wanted to be reimbursed for the one person but I don't know how to do this. There is no phone number that I could find. - There has been other incidences also in other Motels/Hotels that I was out money. One place even booked the room out from under me and I had made reservations months ahead of time and I even had my conformation papers with me and they still could not get my room and they still charged me for not showing up.

My grandchildren and I enjoyed the breakfast. The breakfast staff Cynthia and Candace were amazing. Cynthia helped with one of my grandsons because he had spilled his drink.She was very attentive and down right polite. Everytime I looked up Cynthia was cleaning the breakfast area. The area was exceptionally clean. The head housekeeper which was an older Hispanic lady was awesome as well. She made sure that we had enough towels and other items. I can't remember her name but she wore an olive green outfit.
