Breakfast buffet: real scrambled eggs and real pork bacon and oatmeal with a large choice in toppings. Fruit including bananas. Large room (living room and bedroom). Large bed. Two televisions. Bar with some food choices. Plenty of parking. Solid internet. Two elevators. Thoughtful cleaning staff. Indoor hot tub, indoor adult pool, indoor children's splash pool. The bartender made us frozen margaritas even though not on the menu.

A restaurant was advertised and a bar. It was the same thing. That probably was corporates doing. They need more staff for the bar. She was doing the best she could to fix drinks and cook the food. She needs more help.

Everything was great! Pool, gym, the room were comfortable and clean! Hotel smelled great from entrance to hallway & the room! Complimentary breakfast was freshly made, a lot of variety and serving area was clean! Staff were super friendly and after genuinely asking the purpose of the visit, even gave me suggestions on what to do, eat or where to go! Very friendly staff 💕

We did not have breakfast. We loved the option though and the open bar at night too. The location was perfect. We were able to get to everything we want in less than 10 minutes.

Could have a bell at the front to bring someone to the desk to check people in. But, I called and he came right out.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was wonderful. The facility was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made is feel right at home. The pool/spa area was very clean, nice towels, amazing hot tub and was very family friendly. We liked that the pool was indoors because of the stormy weather outside. The rooms were large and well appointed. Our grandson slept on the sofa sleeper and he said it was very comfortable. Our king size bed was perfect. Plenty of electrical outlets for cell phone chargers and laptops. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was easy to get in and out of safely, with plenty of nice hot water for all 3 of us to shower. Having a tv in the living room and the separate king bedroom made it so much easier for all of us to watch the programs we wanted to. The addition of comfy chairs in both rooms was nice for extra seating. We will stay here again.

The bed was perfectly comfortable but a little bit too tall for me. I have a physical disability and had to have help getting up onto the bed. But other than that, there wasnt anything I didnt like.

The stafff was very friendly and helpful. My reservation had an issue and the front desk managed to go the extra mile to find the problem and was patient and kind. Thank you Tanner!

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel. Our stay was short but perfect.

The breakfast was good. The man that was there for us to check in in the evening of Feb 7 and when we checked out on Feb 9th was excellent!! We told him we visited the Texas Rangers Museum and he said we should go to the DR. Pepper Museum. We did not get there but will try again later. Please give him a raise in pay!!!!!!!! Loved the room sizes, two sinks separately, and breakfast. Water is hot which I love for showers. The gentlemen who checked me in was excellent going over everything the hotel has to offer. 2 thumbs up!👍👍

The breakfast was a little disappointing to be honest. For the price of the apartments I would expect a better breakfast with more options.

All fine, advertised as a Baylor hotel, although it was furthur from Baylor then I like - 15 min down the hwy.
