Loved the rooms, the pool, and the staff. The location is also great. Walkable to all of downtown Waco.

The only issue, and it's something I'd consider to be pretty significant, but also not an easy fix - hotel wide, your TV feed is putrid. I tried to watch a football game at the pool and the resolution was god awful. Switched to the room in hopes it would be better, but it's a systemic issue. It's nowhere near HD. Couldn't see enough detail in 2024 to see the players' numbers. I don't know if it's something about how the wiring was done, or if you're splitting one signal into many, but it's worth looking into.

Great pool and excellent location right next door to Magnolia Silos and Terry Blacks BbQ.

Breakfast was not that great and service was lacking. Buffet and a choice of a cooked option. Ok but not fabulous or overly tasty. Staff were really illusive and not interested in guests. Bar guy was rude and smug, laughing and being rude behind the guests back. It wasn’t pleasant to see. Then the floor cleaner with the electric polisher was told to do the bar at 7pm when it was full of guests having after dinner cocktails…. Ridiculous decision and then it totally ruined the already poor atmosphere. Shame that the managers don’t care as it’s them that should set the standard. The poor guy doing the job was told to do the bar area…. It wasn’t his fault. Wifi in rooms was terrible and streaming didn’t work at all….. nice hotel spoiled by the management. Shake it up a bit….

Tasteful Christmas decorations and Baylor Bear’s football team decorations on game day The beds were super comfortable as where the pillows and the bathroom was gorgeous Handmade soap in the bathroom was so beautiful! Great Breakfast , lovely friendly and helpful staff, modern restful decor, huge TV, heated pool, gym - everything we needed plus more!!

The location is awesome. Parking was great The pool area was very very nice. Customer service was great all around. Front desk employees were very warm and helpful. We will be returning on the next visit to waco.

Breakfast needs some improvement

My only complaint was that Iwe were put next to a room with a barking dog and we had a child. I did call the desk and evidently they were able to solve the problem. While I realize this is a pet friendly hotel, people without dogs should not be placed with rooms with them

The location was perfect. My husband is handcapped and uses a wheelchair. We were able to get around on "foot" to many restaurants and also Magnolia area and Silos. We really enjoyed the pool.

I made reservation for two rooms near each other, one with 2 queen beds and one with a king size bed. We were given 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each, in different floors

Close to everything. Dr Pepper museum 1 block away. TX Rangers museum about 1 mile away. Terry Blacks BBQ 1 block away and it is one of the top BBQ joints in Texas.

No dislikes at all.

The location was excellent, the hotel and staff were amazing. It was our first time staying at an AC Hotel, but we will look for them every time we travel!

We did not have a single issue with this stay.

Modern look and feel, and cleanliness.

Rooms to be ready at check in was the aspect I didn’t like. We had to wait and be called once our room was finally clean. It was after 5pm and we mentioned arriving at 4pm.
