I didn't realize the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast when I booked our room. It was delicious-eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, muffins, waffles, fruit, yogurt, milks, juices, condiments, all were very good, & fresh!! The staff was sure to keep everything replenished. We had a baseball game Sunday morning. We got back to the hotel @ 10:07, but we were still able to eat breakfast. We did not at anytime feel rushed. Check-in/out was seamless. The room was clean & the shower had good water pressure. I love there were full-sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, & they smelled good. The beds were comfortable.

The lobby area was warm when we arrived. Although the room was clean, there was an odor. It smelled as if the carpet had gotten wet & soured. The air conditioning did work, but seemed to not cool.as well at times. There were no charging ports on the lamps, thankfully my daughter had a wall plug-in. The ice machines on the 1st & 2nd floors were out of order, only the 3rd & 4th floors machines were working. The room darkening curtains weren't long enough, so I put towels in the space to cover the sunlight. We could've used a couple more pillows.

I like the location, price, breakfast inclusion, the room size, parking and most of all the receptionist and kitchen staff. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. I prefer this hotel to my stay with Comfort Suites and will return.

The shower flooded the floor and caused my shoes to get wet. The shower floor should be sunken to avoid the water spreading to the bathroom floor or use a class enclosure instead of curtains.

I like the cleanliness. I liked that the hallways did not have a smell. The room was clean and the A/C unit worked and did not smell.

The beds were uncomfortable. We had a double queen room and one of the beds in the upper corner felt dented. Which made it hard to lay your head. There was padding under the fitted sheets but you could still tell and feel the springs.

The 2nd time there it has been VERY warm in the hotel. We thought it would be different but that is the only thing we do not like but everything else is Great.

Cooler in the rooms and the lobby this must be hard on the workers during the summers in Texas

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful! Bed was comfortable! Indoor pool is nice, but cold water. It's not heated.

That the indoor pool wasn't heated.

Great location and friendly well trained team. You can tell it’s a great environment because everyone was everywhere helping and showing each other serfdom parts of the job.

I booked the wrong property in proximity to my job. Definitely not their fault!(smile)

Great breakfast & comfy beds & spacious room

Both front desk females checking in and out had little to no personality...weren't rude or anything we're just used to front desk people being more welcoming at hotels.

Clean space. Everything worked as it should. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Great location with easy on and off I-35 and close to downtown. Has indoor pool and a fantastic breakfast with lot's of options.

Bed was a bit firm for my liking. Not the worst but definitely not the most comfortable. Pool is not heated so it was pretty cold.

The hotel is good for a night in Waco. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Breakfast included and sufficient. Small little indoor pool available. Free and sufficient parking spots available.

Breakfast is kind of a "mess". A lot of rubbish is generated with all these plastic cutlery and plates. We had a room just close to the elevator and just above the main entry of the hotel. Some other very friendly guests were quit loud during the night just in front of the entrance... Very annoying.
