We skipped the expensive breakfast.

Internet access was extremely slow both nights we were at the Holiday Inn. We had to wait until the next morning for decent access and response time. A minor item, Kleenex ran out almost immediately and was NOT replaced the next day. We used toilet paper instead.

Clean and updated! Great pool and fitness and pool area.

The breakfast was the worst holiday in breakfast I’ve ever had - it was expensive and they have minimal options. They didn’t even have a waffle machine. Lack of fruit etc. not worth the money. Next time I’ll get food somewhere else

I liked the kind professional staff and overall appearance of the property.

The cushions in the living room area need better cleaning to remove old stains and the shower curtain in the bath is way too short causing water pooling on the floor with each shower. We had to use our bath towels to mitigate this issue. Eventually, this will cause structural damage underneath the tub.

Everything was great about our stay here in Waco! Front staff ladies/servers were amazing - very friendly and accommodating. We used the pool, hot tub and sauna after a long drive that felt 10/10. Clean new rooms and comfortable bed at a fair price. Would definitely recommend this hotel while visiting the Silos (our favorite thing we did in Texas)

No complimentary breakfast, but not a deal breaker

I stayed there with my 3 grandsons 6,5, & 3 and everyone was very accommodating to them and me! The front desk person was so so helpful. I will come and stay here again soon. We love the indoor pool hot tub and we live here in Waco about 5 miles away.

There was nothing that I did not like! It was a very pleasant stay, I felt safe with it just being me and my 3 grandsons. Seemed like everyone was watching out for me and them. The room was very cool and comfortable.

We like staying here because it's close to where we need to go. The hotel is clean. The fitness center is small but we're grateful that they have one. The food smells great although we haven't had the chance to try it yet.

I just wish the fitness center was a little larger. I believe they are doing some updates so that's always a plus.

Breakfast was better than expected. Our server was awesome. It looked like another scheduled server would have been helpful. Food was very tasty.

It would have been nice if the lobby bar would have been open until midnight on the weekend. We had the hot tub suite. A 3rd TV visible primarily towards the hot tub would have been great idea.

We had a very short stay in Waco, but it was delightful. Bed/pillows were super comfy, room was very clean and shower was amazing. The hotel was centrally located to each stop of our stay and was easy to get to. There was very little traffic or storm noise.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that the alarm clock was set by a previous guest (unbeknownst to me) and went off at 6:00 AM.

Staff was great and location ok, exterior and lobby very nice.

.. ...So decided toCame close to 4:30 pm unpacked in our room . We were starving so decided to eat in hotel restaurant. Went upstairs just to find out toilet was not functional. Called front desk and was told maintenance was gone for day. After I asked, i was given another room. We were tired and also senior citizens. We had no option but to repack and move to another room....not a good way to end day...compared to lobby and exterior, the rooms were dated and due for renovation.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable, mattresses were nice, it was nice to stay at a hotel that had a hot tub too.

Location was not in the most interesting part of town, but I feel like that describes most of Waco.
