We didn’t eat at the property so cannot rate the restaurant. Beds were very comfortable. Decor was basic and pleasant, with one pretty comfortable chair and a desk. We had rooms side by side which was excellent, and everyone was very friendly. We would recommend this hotel…free parking was great and only a few blocks from the freeway and the Magnolia compound.

I was given the mobility accessible room I requested and the bathroom was fabulous with a roll-in shower, beautifully appointed. However, the bed was a standard king which was so high I had trouble getting up into the bed. I did not ask for assistance but in a handicapped accessible room, a lower bed would be more appropriate.

When you first walk in, it’s open and clean. The pool is right around the corner, but you can’t smell the chlorine like in other hotels. The bar is inviting and the check in desk is well- placed. The pool and hot tub were clean and ample towels were available. In the room, sheets, tissues, and toilet paper were folded precisely and turned down neatly.

The room was a bit stuffy. Even turning the air down to 60 didn’t help. Not sure if it was because we were on the third floor or what. It didn’t bother us though! We spent most of our time at the pool!

Rooms were a nice size, beds were comfortable and modern. I was impressed with the updated and very clean feel of the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They reached out via text a couple times to ensure I was taken care of.

The only negative, and not a big deal that would keep me from returning, was given how clean and spacious everything was, the in-room Television was small and a bit outdated. There were a couple football games I watched and that's the only thing that surprised me.

The Hotel Indigo is a good choice for travelers willing to spend that extra ~ $100./night more than midmarket budget alternatives. It's more comfortable and better maintained as a result. Staff dresses well, polite, etc. Comforts and stylish design in the room are business traveler quality. Clean and well maintained common areas. Friendly, vibrant bistro and bar in the lobby. This is a 4 story hotel, so has a boutique feel. Free parking, well lighted in front of the building. Walking distance (but you may prefer driving) to nearby restaurants and bars without swarms of college students. Near to downtown Waco government and business. Think the Texas Rangers Museum is very close, but I did not walk there during my stay.

The bistro and bar in the lobby was crowded due to rain. It's pretty small and I could not get a table or find a menu. Suppose it's more comfortable when guests can spread out to the patio. Perhaps a shortage of staff in the restaurant so I walked to dinner at a restaurant in the area. The hotel is located across the street from the Salvation Army Men's Shelter where people were sleeping in the yard. Ironic spending Indigo rates when the homeless are across the street. Breakfast was not included.

The room was gorgeous. I booked a king suite for my wedding anniversary. It had a nice jacuzzi tub, big shower with waterfall shower heads, a private patio, two toilets, fridge and freezer and more. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. I loved our room.

While the Brazzos restaurant was nice, I think the food was overpriced. The food was fine not great. On our last day our fire alarm just went off for no reason so that was irritating.

Very nice, modern hotel with large rooms and great amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was large with great bed, pillows and linens. Bathroom was spacious. Conveniently located near Magnolia and all other attractions in Waco. Hotel had a nice restaurant and lounge in lobby. Everything was very clean in hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room might have been a little brighter with more lighting.

Leah, the front desk staff person, was great. Our room was lacking attention in a few areas (previous guest toiletries in shower, missing coffee, etc.), and she was right on it. Resolved quickly and generously, and I was offered a little “comp” for the inconvenience. What a wonderful experience it is when a property takes pride in their facilities and services, doesn’t shift blame for issues, makes immediate corrections, and ensures that your stay is comfortable and stress-free.

A couple hiccups at the start (previously noted), which were immediately corrected, and then: not a thing.

Location was nice and it was clean

They offer customization of the room, which is a huge draw to book. Then after you book they give you a standard room. I would never book under those circumstances again. There were three of us traveling and we definitely needed two beds. If you offer customization, you have to honor it. It’s a little fraudulent to switch someone’s room after they booked.

Beautiful place. Friendly staff. Great food. Pet friendly. I travel with my cat who never wants to leave a hotel and usually crawls under or in something which I have to move or take bed apart to get her out. Not at the Hotel Indigo Waco. They have specific pet rooms in which the furniture is placed and enclosed so pets cannot get under or into it. So appreciated! Hotel is a 6 minute walk to Magnolia Silos.

There is not a thing not to like.

The rooms are spacious, bathroom was also spacious, with large walk in shower and lots of counter space. The in room coffee set up was adequate, but liquid creamer would be much appreciated over the powdered stuff!

The only recommended improvement would be the coffee. The coffee offered in the lobby was never hot, and very bitter. It was pretty bad.
