It was very good all around.

Loved my interactions with the staff, they were very welcoming and funny. Felt like talking to family. Also loved the breakfast and the coffee bar ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Don't think there was anything we didn't like. The door was a bit heavy to push open for me into the room. Had to put my whole body weight against it to move it. The door wasn't stuck just maybe the spring or whatever closes the door was too tight? My fiancee didn't have as much trouble as I did, but did say it was 'heavy'.

Breakfast and location were great. Nice Italian restaurant right next door!

Management was helpful when we first checked in as we thought our cat escaped the room. Jesse checked surveillance footage, our cat did not leave the room. She found a very good place to hide.

Refrigerator did not have freezer compartment. We had freezeable cooler inserts to keep cat food and beverages cold that needed re-freezing. We had to use ice which melted and leaked.

Short drive to Silos and other attractions we wanted to see. Free parking, very clean, super friendly staff, great variety of hot/cold breakfast choices. Pool/hot tub areas were well maintained. Very comfortable furnishings in the room.

Several pieces of equipment in the fitness room were not working or in need of repair.

Rooms and facility needed cleaning and repairs. Granted the facility was booked. At breakfast staff did not keep coffee and food stocked. We're busy eating and drinking coffee with other employees. The guest laundry room was not conveniently located. Bedding was very worn as well as curtains in the room.

The staff was amazing. Ernest and Sylvia are the best! Karrie makes a darn good breakfast and sees that guests have what they need. Actually, all those guys made the whole experience great. They petted and loved on our Schnauzer. . The pool is clean and pretty much weatherproof. (Indoor/outdoor).

The hotel is undergoing major renovation, which is almost finished as of 9/21/23. Was not a huge problem. As it looked a WHOLE lot better than my remodel home project....the reason we had to stay a week with them.

It was clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly.

Although there were lots of choices for breakfast, some of the choices were unacceptable. The biscuits were good but the gravy was tasteless. The danish had just been taken out of the freezer. The boiled eggs were frozen.
