The room was excellent, I say that because my husband and I have back issues and usually the beds are uncomfortable but that wasn’t the case.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in my price and it was not, it was an extra charge.

my husband and I left 2 tumblers in the refrigerator and called the hotel to confirm that they were still there. I was told someone from management would be contacting me but hadn't heard anything from them as of today.

Hotel was very nice, better than I expected as I had never stayed at the Garden version of a Hilton. We would stay at a garden again.

We were surprised to find the pool temperature to be soo cold so we did not enjoy that amenity which was unfortunate.

Gym facility was clean and well stocked with equipment. Breakfast hours.were very convenient.

Broken rail in the bathtub. Toilet seat didn't stay up.

Late night return from outing and kitchen was still open. Food (cheese flatbread) was great and bartender was friendly and outgoing. House wine was also nice. The breakfast was serviceable and the variety was good. Frond desk personnel were helpful and outgoing both checking in and checking out.

rooms were a floor apart but may be couldn't be helped since we only had 2 days notice before arriving. the coffee maker was very small, and you couldn't heat up the disposable cup coffee in the microwave.

What I like about the hotel was how clean well kept just a beautiful hotel all together

I have no complaints. It's a Wonderful Hotel I would recommend anyone who's needing a hotel in Waco to stay there.

Staff was awesome ! From reception who was great and friendly - as were all front desk employees . Dinging room manager was exceptional!

Pool was a little blah - but kids swam anyway . Fencing looked like temporary construction site fencing - just not a super appealing area . Kids didn’t care 😊

The attention to detail. From the embossed wallpaper to the frameless shower door. very nice!

Although I requested a “lake view” room, it was positioned directly above the hvac which took away from the peaceful view I was looking for. The bed could’ve been more comfortable for the price.

Location

Aging facilities, hard mattresses, no complimentary breakfast for the price. Would expect more from a Hilton property.

It is very convenient for everything we wanted to see and do only about 10 minutes to the silos and the zoo. The staff was very friendly and very clean
