Every thing was fine. Good location. The room and bed were good. I enjoyed the sense of humor of the man who checked me in. Looked like there were recent renovations. Actually, my husband was the guest and I'm doing the booking and I am writing what he tells me about his experience.

Breakfast. When I drive from CA to WI, I do not eat carbs during the day. Plain scrambled eggs are not appealing (I should have brought salsa.) I ate something I brought from home.

I liked the employee at the front desk on New Years Eve. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He made sure we knew restaurants would close early due to New Years Eve. The next morning he was there again making sure the breakfast was stocked. The rooms also were quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. The value for what we got was perfect!

For the value, it was perfect but it is not a high end hotel and does show some wear and tear. It was perfect for what we needed. I do like how Best Westerns don't overcharge for pets either. It was a $20 a night pet fee which is do-able.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Loved the workout room with a variety of new weights, medicine balls and cardio equipment!!! Comfortable bed and comfortable, very clean room with microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker.

I’m vegan so was disappointed that there was no oatmeal provided at the breakfast spread - however for omnivores, there was quite the feast of biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, waffle maker, yogurt and cereal….

When I arrived, the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and I always said hi to me and asked me how I was doing every time. I walked by the counter.

I was sorry that I didn’t have time to take advantage of the pool in the hot tub. I was there to watch the wrestling tournament and just not enough time. Probably should’ve stayed another day.

The hotel was easy to access off the highway. The rooms, bed and pillows were very comfortable! The younger male host was very nice and polite.

No elevator. In the morning as I was eating yogurt, I sat at a table with two chairs in the lobby. The older male host came in and shut off the television. I wasn’t watching, but it was some white noise for awhile.

The breakfast was decent. The eggs were a little moist and not as appetizing as I usually find eggs. Selection of items was ok but not extensive. Facility was nice enough but appeared a little dated. Hotel was in a very convenient location.

The breakfast could have been a little better but still beats by plenty any fast food joint.

Everything! The staff was so helpful and friendly the whole team were really great at their jobs. The room was nice, clean, had a lot of amenities, great mattress, and pillows, excellent location, great value financially, and the best breakfast included that I’ve had in a very, very, long time. There is also a pool and hot tub. I hope I get the chance to come back this way, I’d definitely not pass this up.

It was a great place to stay for the week. We enjoyed the immaculate hot tub almost every evening. The only "sure wish it had" is an ekevator. However, I was happy to get my steps in!!

The rooms were immaculate even the toilets down to the floor. The breakfast was wonderful with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, bagels and cream cheese, hot chocolate and orange juice machines, the works. It topped any other hotels we have been in on our vacation. The rates were also reasonable.
