Nice size room, comfortable beds, very clean unit. Could use replacement of older loud air conditioner unit. I still find that a common issue in many hotel units. Excellent breakfast with helpful staff continuously checking that all was well! I will say that overall I was much more impressed with this Holiday Inn property compared to the chains purchased by Wyndham that have not been updated to Wyndham standards.

Older loud air conditioning unit - in 2025 customers should not still have to deal with below window units that loudly bang every time they turn on.

One of the best hotels on the road I've stayed at. Clean facility, great location, friendly staff. We purposely stop at this hotel on our cross country trips because this hotel is great and Richfield is a charming town.

Just a couple little things. The shower head in our room had seen better days. And the AC fan could not be turned to ON, only to AUTO. We travel with dogs, so keeping the AC fan in the ON position is a key strategy to keeping them quiet for the benefit of our neighbors. I'm sure they set the AC up that way to save energy and cost, but it impacts everyone's guest experience as a result, if you want to stay dog friendly.

OMGoodness. The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. The woman who made the breakfast was a gem and the food was delicious. She was very attentive to her job, nice personality and had a kind heart. The location was good because it was right off the highway and it was accessible. The whole setup was great. It had what we needed as far as a microwave which is no longer available in some hotels. Bed was very comfortable and the whole room was very clean.

I cant think of anything that I didnt like or need to bring to their attention.

There is a light right outside the window that's on all night. It shines right in making the room bright even with the curtains closed to the best of my abilities. I recommend better black out curtains at rooms next to those lights that shine on the building especially the first floor.

Safe location, staff is exceptionally friendly, professional and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and neat. Breakfast was wonderful and bed was comfortable.

Room was old and didn't feel like it held value.

Clean, quiet and right off freeway. Breakfast was filling and had a lot of options.

Had a pet so required to stay on first floor. Front desk staff was friendly, but busy only one person at check in and couldn’t get a ahold of anyone at check out. Had to just leave key at checkout. As I was leaving saw several employees taking smoking breaks outside.

It was very quiet mid week so we were able to get two rooms next to one another. Staff was friendly. Location was ideal for restaurants next to the Main Street.

It was pretty clean but there was someone else’s hair trapped in the snaps of the shower curtain which creeped me out.

Greeted by the friendliest person that I've come across in 8 days of traveling. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and I slept great.

Ice machine on the bottom floor sucks. But, the staff and breakfast made up for the mild inconvenience.

I drive from California to Colorado frequently. This hotel is the mid point to my drive. I keep coming back because the grassy area is perfect for my dogs.

Sometimes the key cards don’t work reliably at the outside doors. That can be a challenge with dogs on leashes waiting.

The lady on the night of 5/11/25 was so kind and so sweet. We had to get a room last minute because our mom was in the hospital and she helped accommodate us into a late check out. Hotel is clean and breakfast was great!
