The price was very good - 160 USD per night for a double queen bed room, including breakfast. The location is good - on the main road, close to restaurants and shops. The room was big. Check-in was fast. They have a small outdoor pool (that we haven't used). The room was quiet big.

The mattress wasn't so comfortable to me. The parking is not straight to the room - so we took the luggage to the room on a wagon. The breakfast is not so good - the eggs are done from eggs powder (but they have a machine to self-prepared pancakes, and they have yogurt).

Our family is absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! From the very first moments, we were surrounded by an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff here is simply amazing—always attentive, polite, and ready to help with any request. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and cozy, with a thoughtfully designed interior. We were especially pleased with the fresh air and pleasant aroma, creating a sense of complete relaxation. The housekeeping service is top-notch—fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, and perfect tidiness everywhere. The breakfasts deserve a special mention—absolutely delicious, varied, and prepared with love. Starting the day in such a place is a true pleasure! The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with everything we need nearby, while the hotel itself provides a comfortable and peaceful retreat. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience! We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to our friends!

We have stayed at this property several time over the years. The rooms are always clean, the beds are very comfortable. We had an issue with the bedside lamp and the desk clerk was very responsive.

The breakfast was just okay. The breakfast was on the cold side and the food warmers were almost empty. They were not refilled until we had finished our breakfast and were leaving. I did see some people come in, look in the warmers and leave. I assume they left thinking that breakfast service had ended.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was more than I expected, and my son loved the waffle station. The room was clean and comfortable. But once again, I need to give props to the staff! They were so friendly and treated me like I was the most important guest in the whole property.

There were issues with the key cards working properly. Luckily my room was very close to the front desk, so I could get it rescanned quickly. But it happened a few times, which was a bit of an annoyance.

I requested 4 floor. Peyton greeted us at the front desk and gave us a room near the front door. We were able to load all our belongings on a luggage cart by the front door, which Peyton held open for us. She also gave us a list of all the restaurants in Richfield, and we ate at the Black Bear Cafe. Our room was quiet for sleeping. At the Ramada, I had scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns, which I really appreciate because I have to eat gluten-free.

No complaints.

The hotel service was excellent. The room was also very nice, especially for the price. And, they offered a real free breakfast with hot items like pancakes and waffles as well as a wide variety of other foods

Honestly, nothing. Every employee was helpful, kind and polite. The beds were comfy, the shower water stayed hot and they checked with us daily to see if we need maid services. There was plenty of parking, the decor was update and it had all the amenities you’d expect and others you don’t.

Room was comfortable, everything worked, very cool and cold AC with oscilating fan. Breakfast area was great and well managed. Didnt really use all the amenitites as we needed a room for the night while traveling.

No elevator, stairs to our room in the ground floor/basement. About 8 am an alarm began and never ended, so I called the front desk, they came down and shut it off. Alarm was probably from the in room alarm clock.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Beds were great, pillows were so so comfy... So much so we looked online to buy some for home. Super friendly staff... Attentive to our few needs. Loved the breakfast/common area... It was clean with big windows, made it bright and inviting. Pool was cool, literally...a little on the chilly side but clean, nice, and very well maintained. Breakfast was yummy with lots of plentiful options.

Good location downtown. Staff very polite and helpful. The desk clerk was willing to give us a room on the third floor so that we would be guaranteed a quiet room. That floor was not being used at the time.

No elevator but it was not a problem for us. Older place but was immaculate and room was modern. Breakfast was very basic but similar to other hotels. Some quality yogurt, fresh berries and quality pastries would be appreciated.

We booked a last minute stay on a road trip after an 8.5 hour drive. We needed a spot to take a break, get dinner and sleep. The Ramada was easy to book, parking was easy, staff was friendly and perfect for what we needed. We were even able to take a dip in the pool and get ice cream as a cool down when we got there and eat breakfast at their complementary buffet.
