Good value. A/C cooled room on a very hot day/evening.
The owner seems to be making an honest effort to upgrade and improve the facilities .. there is still a long way to go. No coffee either in the room or in the check in space....Billboard north of the motel on route 13 said breakfast is included. I knew this was not the case, as I've stayed here before. You need to update that billboard. You need to put a hot pot with coffee in the rooms or at least have coffee available in the check in/out area.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was very nice, smelled clean. There are no frills., but if you want an nice clean room at excellent rates, this is where you want to go. The only downer, was the man at the desk. He needs to learn to relax and smile. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!! I would definitely stay there again!
Only that the gentleman at the desk doesn't smile and can be a little short.

we'd like the price the price was great. The cleanliness was great easy parking like-minded clientele. It was not ghetto.

Comfortable beds, clean, allows dog for extra fee of 17/night, quiet, safe.
Need to update the grounds near the hotel, has an empty concrete pad out front. Outward appearance could use improvements.

I liked the room and it was a nice bathroom with a wonderful shower temperature.
The floors were dirty and the heat was acting a little weird, with all due respect.

Easy to find, comfortable bed, basic amenities refrigerator, microwave oven but no coffee maker.
Manger and staff were friendly and when my dog slipped out they helped me locate him. Above and beyond service.

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, close to the highway
There was an odor in the room when we arrived. Air conditioner seemed to get rid of it. Air conditioner very noisy.
