This is my 2nd stay here and this was more pleasant, the room was very nice with the layout and decor. Linens was fresh and was ready on arrival 10 mins early actually. They put us in a end room for more privacy.

The room was hot and took a few hours to cool off. Window had major cobwebs, dust and dead bugs, No extra towles and wash clothes. The front door had a large gap enough for water and bugs to come underneath.

This was my 2nd stay, rooms spacious and room clean not bad at all for the price and the smoking rooms are a plus since none of the other nearby places have that option. Not crowded and not noisy. I plan on staying here when I visit Norfolk. No deposit and free parking.. NO additional surprise fees and right across the street from the beaches. Never saw a bug when I stayed and that is excellent.

Walking down stairs to get ice, people walking down the street may ask for a cigarette, but they weren't guests so it's not the motels fault.

Low linen supply had to ask for more towels every day as they only gave two small bath towels and two wash cloths . I booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child . And they did not have a bath tub plug had to use the wash cloth . We made it work .

Don't how expensive it is when it is winter and prices should have went down not $77 that's way too much for a winner unless you're going to give a really cheap One rate there's no reason to try 77 tonight but other than that the place is great excellent.

The owner was excellent. He allowed us to check in early. Housekeeping was nice and helpful. We had no issues. The beds were comfortable, and the roo. Was clean. The price was very reasonable, and we literally walked across the street to the beach.

No breakfast or coffee option. Location was excellent, very close to the beach. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean. Hotel is older and could use some upgrades.

Coffee maker in room would have made things better.

I loved the location. It's great for couples and families with children. Beach site was great, peaceful, and enjoyable. It also has a lot of restaurants in the are convenient to walk or drive to. The staff was wonderful.

The hotel is located in a great place. Convenient to the beach and close to shopping and attractions. The staff is always great. They are very kind and nice. Very helpful with any requests. I really like staying here and it's my go yo place everytime I am down in Virginia.
