All the staff members I encountered during my stay at the Delta Marriott were very courteous and pleasant. They made certain all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Every encounter with staff, I was always greeted with a warm and nice smile. Thank you for making my trip such a great experience.

The only thing I would have changed would have been my room location. I was really close to the elevator. So there was a lot of traffic with other visitors getting on and off the elevator. However, I never asked for my room to be changed. If I would have requested a room change, I'm most certain the staff members would have accommodated my request.

Rooms and property were clean and as expected from photos. Staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. While I didn’t utilize it, they had a shuttle running to and from the airport.

Keep in mind that parking costs per night, for us it was $10 per night. Not the fault of the hotel, but the roads getting to it on Military Highway are a bit of a nightmare and confusing as can be. Also, prices fluctuate a lot. So time your reservation booking well or you’ll be overpaying.

We order food and it wasn't correct tried to get fix the next day man at bar was yelling at myself my mother in law my auntie chicken who stayed in 201 we asked about a refund on our food he refused the refund told us to speak to manager the next day but we was checking out I spent 20 on 2 creme bulaye got pudding with a strawberry on top we wasn't right my auntie chick in room 201 spent 53 on chicken wing and 2 chicken fried Mac they could eat it because it had no sauce noodle a was nasty. I don't if the problem was yall banquet that the cooking just didn't want to and girl at bar was hateful on Saturday when we picked up our food it took calling like 5 time just to get them to pick up

We loved staying here. The shuttle driver, reception ladies and bartender were all fantastic. Kind and so helpful. The property was super clean and beautiful. The fitness center was great. All the equipment worked and they had a great variety of workout options. Our room had two queen beds. These beds were out of this world. Soooo comfortable! And the pillows were the best. We had such a great night’s sleep. The rain shower and soft huge towels were super. We loved the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Very high end products. Starbucks coffee (coffee maker); very cold refrigerator; and great microwave. The huge TV was excellent with so many options: regular TV, streaming channels, local activities and hotel information. The room was quiet. No hallway noise; minimal outside noise considering its proximity to the airport.

My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay here longer.

The concierge was great! The hostess Debra was wonderful and the chef Freddie was superb. Thank you for great hospitality!

When I first arrived at about 11pm at night I was given room 218 the tub was clogged and there was a leak in the room that was coming up from underneath the wood floor. I called concierge in which she apologized and quickly sent security with my new key cards so I could move to room 411. Once in room 411 everything went smoothly.

Breakfast and location was great! I would recommend this location for future projects for our company. My co-workers and I were pleased with the all around experience. We will be back for pleasure soon, hopefully!

I can't say anything bad about the hotel nor the staff. The only complaint I have is the fact I didn't have enough time to enjoy the gym and other area's of the hotel.

Location was great, close enough to attractions, i.e. Nauticus Museum, waterside parks, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, n the airport. The hotel lobby offered extras, exceptional food, staff was very friendly n so helpful Gym n pool looked great, was Very clean all over, the room was quiet, very clean, n the bed was very comfy, wonderful light up mirror, will definitely go back again. Highly recommend.

Possibly a travel mouthwash in bathroom

The furniture in the room was old and needed to be replaced. The bedskirt on the bed needs to be cleaned or replaced, and the mattresses need to be replaced. The bathtub was slippery. It needed a grip mat. I almost fell getting inside the shower.

The room was neat, bright and comfortable. The staff was professional and cordial.

The shower worked very strangely. Their needed to be another chair in the room. A very loud radio came on at 6am each morning somewhere near my room. The ice machine did not work on the 4th floor.

The location was ideal for my assignment; less than a ten minute commute. Both receptionists during check in and check out were very pleasant and welcoming.

I was not fully satisfied because the towel bar was loose on the wall. Secondly, the security lock on the door was not properly screwed into the wall. Lastly, the parking charge was unexpected since I have lodged at another property within walking distance and have never been charged to park.
