I was extremely satisfied with customer service. The staff made sure that our needs were met and our questions were answered. They were polite and attentive for the most part.

The bed was uncomfortable it sagged in the middle. I didn't like the fact that there were no extra towels in the room for swimming. When I asked the housekeeper on the floor for extra towels for swimming I was told she had no extras and I had to wait. I wanted to go swimming at that moment because I had plans after. The pool wasn't what I expected nor the room. It did not fit what was depicted in the pictures on the website. However that's how the hospitality industry is.

Honestly everything about the stay was wonderful. It snowed this week and it was super nice to have access to the indoor pool especially with the cold weather! They also had a Truck plow their property shortly after the snow started sticking which was very helpful when I had an early departure! I can’t express how wonderful and hospitable Matlyn was the 4 nights I stayed! She deserves a raise! 5 stars and 10 out of 10 especially for her!

We had a Great relaxing stay (wish we had time for the pool), everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a nice seating area to talk and meet with new people. The room was layout was perfect with a nice sized bathroom.

The women running everything for our breakfast could have used some back up when privileged guests make a mess and expect someone to clean around them. She handled it well but it looked a little stressful for her.

Spacious room, comfy beds, extremely clean throughout the whole building. The staff was so kind and welcoming and not just at check in. Throughout my stay I observed the staff deliver smiles and great vibes. The breakfast was also great and they kept everything well stocked and neat. I wish we would have had time to use the pool while we were there but ran out of time.

There isn’t a single thing I didn’t like.

This is a five -star hotel because the STAFF make it that way. It is immaculate, quiet, in a perfect location near stores, the zoo, the interstate! I would especially like to give 5 stars to the check-in staff. Such classy, professional, people! And especially Mike who signed me up for IHG. But the front desk crew is top notch.

I’d really have to hunt to find anything wrong. The staff respond immediately to any request or questions

Breakfast variety could been a little better. The drinks on the machine was all out besides orange juice and water. First morning for breakfast we couldn’t get any pancakes bc the guy that was trying to change out the bag i guess he didn’t know what he was doing

The breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel or motel And our room was excellent! It was very spacious and clean. And very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was that you couldn't come in the side door during any time, only exit. I'm handicapped and that's where the handicapped parking is. It would've been easier for me to go on through the side.

Only one outside bench located on front of the property. All smokers have to go there. Non smokers have to pass in and out through the Cigarette smoke. Also nothing to put butts in at the front door. Cigarette butts everywhere. Not attractive. Therefore, if a designated smoking area were established, with a bench and a butt container away from the front door, no other dislikes on my part.

Friendly staff, easy check in/check out, lots of choices for breakfast, we liked the lay out of the room, size of fitness center was decent with several choices of equipment (not just one treadmill and one elliptical), great location

Not a deal breaker, but no half & half creamer at breakfast, just flavored creamers

My husband and I always stay here if we don't book at the Oceanfront. We like how comfortable it is. It is clean for the most part.

Your whites (comforters, bed sheets, towels) could be more white. Perhaps change them a little more frequently than you normally do.. I mean they were clean but as a customer, I'd prefer for them to look spotless; especially if any of my body parts will be touching them...I also always inspect the suite. It never fails and I take photos of any damages or wear/tear to the room (just in case). The curtains had mini slips in them which weren't noticeable at night. However, in daylight, they were present. (Photo attached). This wouldn't deter me from staying again... just giving my honest review
