I enjoyed the room and the location it was definitely top tier !

The property does not tell you how much a pet fee is before you book and they don’t explain that your charged the pet fee per day. They also dont let you know its a $50 charge on top of everything else and I drove 7 hours just to find that out once I was there , I paid $200 in fees alone on top of $400 for the room for 3 days and the first day I didnt even get there till 11:30pm , a whole day I was charged but was NOT there.

The hold of my money they put a 30 day hold on it I don't know why that's the only thing I didn't like about my stay there everything else was welcome if they fixs that everything was be alright but I love the stay in l will come back again in the future to come i will be booking another stay soon. The location was excellent! Lots of places to eat that were close by and places to visit within a short travel distance. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is also a small shop in the lobby that offers various snacks/drinks for sale. While in the room we felt very comfortable and safe. There was very little noise while we were there and mostly only heard people while they were walking in the hallways. We did not visit the pool on our stay however it was open and there was always people enjoying it! The place itself was big offering a large room for breakfast, sitting areas to relax in the lobby and an outside patio area near the pool with tables and chairs. I would definetly stay here again!

Only trouble I had was the wifi connection wasn't very good. Didn't have very good reception within the hotel room and when connecting to the wifi you would have to put the password in several times. But it was a very small inconvenience.

We did not have a car but there were several food options which were just a few step from hotel.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the Norfolk airport and hotel shuttle service only to find the shuttle did not run on Saturday and Sunday which caused us incur additional charges for a Uber ride.

the room was clean and very comfortable. The Staff was courtesy and accommodating. Didn't get a chance to have breakfast had to leave much earlier than expected. The price was affordable and reasonable for such a nice location. Me and my husband will certainly come back again when in town.

I loved the quality of the beds and the room itself was very nice. I was surprised to see how small the bathroom was however, pretty spacious shower.

The breakfast was not good at all. It was so bland and tasted like it had came straight out of the freezer.

I enjoyed my stay there, I am a manager for Marriott’s international and I only stayed to get away from my Marriotts which was the first time I stayed outside of my hotels. I actually enjoyed my room and the breakfast was awesome. Egg was hot, Bria greeted as I walked in and the front desk agent was very polite something I could have on my team. I am also very picky and I know what it takes to be professional and run a business. Those two ladies was great.

Rooms are small, but appreciated.

Location to airport and food was convenient

Rooms had hardly any outlets and phone chargers. The desk outlet was hidden and no outlets by one bed, had to use the vanity outlet. Unfortunately kids were running up and down halls with no supervision and hotel didn’t seem to notice. The children were running at late hours too.

Great location for restaurants and shopping if you like. Nice walking trail on other side of the hotel that takes you by the outlet mall. Free full breakfast every morning. Pet friendly.

BATHROOM WAS BIG AND REALLY CLEAN EVERYBODY WAS NICE JUST A REALLY NICE HOTEL TO STAY AT THE BREAKFAST WAS FREE AND GOOD THEY HAVE A NICE CLEAN POOL IT'S A 3 STAR 🌟 HOTEL TO ME IF NOT MORE
