Denashia was an amazing front desk clerk she made my visit very comfortable very warming and I would like to come back there just to see her very friendly very kind very helpful very professional. I recommend 100% on staff

Cost and location

Not enough linen, toiletries, and towel to accommodate they people listed during our stay. Had to ask for more, which took about 25 to 30 minutes at the desk. No kitchen dish detergent nor dish clothes. Which we need led to wash dishes with. One of the stove burners did not work.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean! We were able to get as many towels as we wanted :) in a hotel that means a lot

The lights by bed didn't work... however in their defense we did not report it... The key cards didn't work on first try. Both door & back door.. back door latch was loose. ... again I did not report to front office.

The staff was very professional and nice. Mrs. B, Maggie, Tyrell, the beautiful tall African-American young lady who was so nice to find me regular sugar instead of the Splenda. :) Coffee in the lobby is a big hit! No noise was heard in the hotel or out. Plenty of parking. Again, the front desk staff it what makes your stay enjoyable.

I guess I'm use to complimentary soaps, shampoo, etc. There was only soap, 2, the size of a half dollar. I'm also use to USB ports on the lamp base or clock to charge your phone, etc. We had to unplug the lamp and clock to plug up our phone and my C-Pap machine. So bring your own soap, possibly an extension cord and charging bases. There were no pots, utensils, plates, etc in the cabinets, so I don't know if that is something you have to ask for at the front desk or your to bring your own. The bathtub had a dengy look , there were red streaks of makeup (I hope) around the bathroom sink and dry hair on the bathroom ceiling, from people blow drying their hair. I understand COVID protocols, but housekeeping should be more thorough between guest visits.

Staff and location was great

Couldn't use microwave, rust inside, shouldn't be used, can contaminate food, had to buy food my entire trip,was not happy doing that.

The hotel and staff were very friendly helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone possible 😊 which is why I always choose the extended stay of America Hampton Coliseum Virginia... Great place to call home especially when you really matters and just want to get away and relax.. Thks kindly Lawanda Carter!!

Nothing, but wishing I bought some disposable cookware to.test out the kitchette. Lol

Our room was very clean, and the receptionist was on the desk was very welcoming and did what she had to do to get us in our room.

The breakfast could have been better.
