Excellent friendly staff, accessible and very accommodating. Free washers and dryers and a workout room is a plus. The location is a short drive to stores and restaurants as well as the highway, but just far enough to be away from any traffic. Rooms are clean, with a full size refrigerator, TV and microwave, as well as a cook top and dishwasher. A toaster and coffee machine was also included. The bathroom was clean. The bedding was comfortable, and the lounge chair and a table with chairs for eating meals was a plus. This is a perfect setup for an extended stay or a good weekend.

The staff was amazing and the room was super clean. There was an extremely comfy bed and a lovely view of the pond out the window. I was really impressed by the professionalism of everyone there. I was also very happy to have a suite and the use of appliances. It'a a really quiet area too.

I can't think of anything that could be improved. The service overall was excellent. This place really exceeded my expectations. This is the best option in the area. I couldn't think of anything to improve really.

The suite itself how it had a stove in there, small but worth it.

What I didn't like is that they didn't have a ice maker machine due to having a refrigerator in the room that was suppose to make ice and it didn't work. Also I didn't like how one of the staff at night which was a male was very nonchalant, and kinda rude I had to ask him was he ok, & if he was having a bad day. The day shift was very helpful and nice.

I appreciated how conveniently located it was-right off the interstate and close to several restaurants. The staff was friendly and very helpful. This is an excellent option for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient short stay.

I didn't experience any issues during my stay. I wasn't there long enough to find anything that stood out as a negative. As I mentioned before, it was a great stay.

It was convenient for my needs and the location was perfect. The room was spacious with unexpected kitchen appliances. The bed was very comfortable.

My air conditioner blew cool air; however, the thermostat was also set to HEAT at the same time. So the room would cool down and then the heat would come back on to warm it up. It was continuous all night long. I could not get the thermostat to set at one function.

Very nice location, clean and comfortable room, no bugs, close to shopping malls, restaurants and Buckroe Beach, (15 minute drive). Friendly staff and I love that you are able to cook in your room and that it also includes a full refrigerator. Nice room for a long stay.

I would much prefer a king sized bed. Bathroom lighting is a little dull for my taste.

My stay was about 3 weeks. I was given a room with a beautiful view of the lake, ducks and many trees. It was very peaceful. The workers were all wonderful to me.

The hotel was very close to where I needed to go

I booked 2 rooms. 1 room was the Queen suite with roll in shower -Mobility accessible - I did not get that. I was told the hotel was booked and no rooms available. The other room was to have a sofa bed - that was not included.

The Sonesta Simply Suites was very clean, close to family, and the room had everything anyone would want for a long term vacation.

We had one key problem and they fixed it immediately. The air conditioning was a little confusing but someone came up explained the situation immediately.

I loved the seclusion of the property but also that it was close to everything! The staff was so friendly and helpful.We had a great view of the lake.

We only 2 glasses. One was small and one was bigger. More glasses would have been nice but we didn’t ask for any.
