The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and room was clean!

The TV didn’t work in our room, they moved us into a different room, the TV in that room didn’t work either, but finally a third room later the TV worked. However the AC in that room was faulty, it rattled all night and the temp wouldn’t stay steady. I didn’t bother complaining about that though given all the issues we had with the TV.

I loved the location; I was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to my event location at the Convention Center. I was impressed with the fabulous breakfast, so much tastier than the usual buffets other hotels offer. I loved the evening wine and cheese in the lobby and over the top for customer service. My room offered many amenities that made it feel more like home. I was able to buy healthy food from the local ALDIS and enjoyed right in my room. I would definitely stay here again.

I could not find the door hanger to tell the maid not to clean my room. This is a minor issue and did not take away from the total package.

Great location, it was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were really comfortable. Loved the spacious living area, gave us room to entertain friends

I didn’t get the room that I booked. The picture of the room that led me to book at this hotel was not the room I got. That was very disappointing. The desk clerk did upgrade us to another room but it had double beds instead of a king bed, another disappointment but outside of that our trip was great.

The property was nice and was surrounded by a lot of choices of restaurants.

I did not like the doors on the parking side. Trying to get in with your luggage is a hassle, especially when you’re trying to push a cart. The doors are heavy and they should invest in some automatic doors there. I felt like I was working trying to get in the doors and hold it while pushing my cart. It was horrible.

Love the efficiency rooms. Also that you had to use your key card to enter and to activate the elevators.

I hate that if you have more than listed as guests it's automatically a party. Esp visiting from out of town. No plates available in room. Staff she stated she work nights.she wasn't informative. So we missed breakfast.

No Hot Breakfast was available because the cook wasn’t there at the start time and nearly an hour after . I needed to leave by 7am for graduation ceremony in Norfolk .

Very well put together and comfortable. Very nice.

Had to switch rooms because our room had basic cable (4 channels). We ended up switching rooms to a room with a tv with Netflix on it and the service would go out every 30 minutes or less.

Property was very conveniently close to a lot of food , attractions and activities ! It’s in a town center ! Very nice size building with nice sized room to accommodate the whole family !

The location was the best. Food and entertainment were within walking distance, and there was plenty to do! The area itself was clean and welcoming.

The breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

The only problem was the internet for the TV it was kind of upsetting when you can’t watch the ending of a movie because it kept cutting off..
