I appreciated the closeness to the convention center. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. I liked how I was able to keep to myself and no one disturbed me. The room was kept clean and managed.

I did notice a few of the wall sockets were non-functioning. Maybe checking the appliances and wall outlets to make sure they are well secured and working properly. Also, maybe add a bit more locks for added security.

The convenience of the facility was the best. It was near everything that I wanted to visit. The person that checked me in was kind of off-putting but nice.

When I went to check in there were many staff just hanging out in the lobby. This can be concerning to someone from another city. The ice machine did not work.

Everything was great !!

The pressure for the showers could be better . Maybe a prorate for ppl who are coming late in the day so they aren’t charged for an extra night but wasn’t there the whole day

Tight parking, big trucks all over the place, they put everyone on 1 side with no breathing space...

The location was great for my attendance of the 2022 Annual Conference of the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church. It was a surprisingly quiet location, despite its proximity to Langley AFB & several major streets.

The mini-frig took too long to chill simple bottled water. The microwave oven sounded like something was grinding & probably ought to be replaced.

The staff is top notch. They always accommodate and for that we are super thankful. Will be seeing yall again real soon

cleanliness and location

asked for 1st floor room and was told one didn’t exist and was given a 3rd floor room that was a smoking room and still had ashtrays in the room as I was being told it wasn’t a smoking room. all of the sudden a 1st floor room became available. I feel the front desk staff misled me in believing there wasn’t a 1st floor room available when the room was already clean and available the entire time.

Staff is the best. My crew and I always stay at Redroof for shows at the Coliseum. 10 years they have let us do our thing. Redroof is apart of the fam for sure.

The location was perfect as we were attending a show at the Coliseum. It was cold and the room was as expected - warm, with immediate hot water in the cold for the shower, and a functioning sink and toilet. Free WiFi on the grounds, easy to connect to, and parking just outside.

It was a little expensive but we booked the hotel fairly late, so according to demand that made complete sense - if people are attending an event at the Coliseum, would recommend as it was a short 10 minute walk away.

I enjoy the stay me and my wife the room was excellent very quiet the front desk clerk was extremely nice to me as I was in pain gave me first floor I didn't have climb no steps
