The Pool. Excellent nice warm water . But it was an Odd color . How often is water clean or checked ??

I didn't like Breakfast. No Meat ..I don't eat Biscuits or white Gravy . HORRIBLE. WHEN ASK I WAS TOLD MEAT IS IN GRAVY. ITS SAUSAGE GRAVY. DISGUSTING. THEN STAFF SAID I WAS A DAY LATE MEAT WAS SERVED YESTERDAY AS I ASK WHERES BACON 🥓 ... ONE APPLE FOR FRUIT. RUDE !! I HAD TO GO EAT ... 11 AM CHECK OUT I WAS LEAVING. 1105 PHONE RINGING STAFF KNOCKING ON DOOR. IM LIKE DAM IM LEAVING. AREA AT DOOR WAS SO DARK I DIDN'T SEE FRIDGE UNTIL NEXT MORNING AS I HAD EVENT TO ATTEND CAME BACK LATE . NO WHERE TO PUT MY FOOD . YIKES

The breakfast was wonderful, only thing l would have liked different was they had sausage gravy with biscuits one morning with no other meat and me and my 3 boys neither like it so we just had eggs and bagels. It would have been nice to add bacon or link sausages also for those who don't like the sausage gravy.

Very low tolit seats. I had to help my husband up off tolit as he is 5'9 . No bars to grab to get out of bathtub from taking a shower or pull up from very low tolit seats.l was very scare of falling getting out of tub.No other meat with the sausage gravy and biscuits as me and my 3 boys don't like it so just had eggs and bagels no meat.

Breakfast was great a lot of variety .

When I got to the hotel had to pay 150.00 deposit for non smoking fee . In which time he check the room at checkout to refund deposit . Wish this would have already been in my fee for the room . Not sure if this is because I did booking . com for the room and not threw hotel.

Common areas were very clean. And very well lite. Staff was very welcoming.

The only thing that I did not like was that their was a continuous light buzzing sound that I could hear in my room that made it a little difficult for me to go back to sleep. I think it might have been coming from the smoke detector or the fire alarm. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.

Breakfast and location were good.

No housekeeping. I've never stayed at a hotel where there was no daily cleaning of the room. It was day 3 before I realized that there would be no cleaning and no fresh towels during the stay. I'm glad that we brought our own washcloths and towels.

I visited this location last while they were still renovating. My experience was so good last year that I decided to come back with my kids. It was, again, an amazing stay. I did not get to try the breakfast because I slept in. The beds were just that comfortable!

The TV had an option for YouTube and Netflix but you couldn’t connect to either. It was not a big deal at all but it was the only issue I encountered.

I love the staff and the property. It was very convenient for where I needed to go and what I was doing. Amazing places to eat very close to everything that I needed and it was an overall great stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t have Netflix on the TV LOL. Not important or that serious. The stay was great.

The check in was quick and easy. They are renovating so the first floor was unavailable and lobby was clearly under renovation but it was safe. My room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. I had no problems during my stay. Parking was great. I felt safe and comfortable going in and out at night. There are stores in the surrounding area and an ER just down the street. I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. I was able to sleep in the first morning I was there without anyone bothering me. Also, the pictures on the site need to be updated because the hotel looks slot more up to date that what’s shown. (Sorry…didn’t take any pictures of the room to upload with review)

The only complaint I have is that the blanket on the bed and pillows are very thin. It looks great but very thin. I couldn’t keep the room as cool as I like but it wasn’t a big deal to me. I will definitely be booking this property again when I return.

All the members of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I had a problem with the 1st room that I booked, and they immediately resolved the issue. The hotel was very clean. would stay here again.

Nicely updated, room, bedding and bathroom were very clean. Hallways and elevators, common areas clean and smell good

Literally the only thing is the water pressure is a little weird and goes from full pressure to almost nothing coming out. Not sure if that’s too many people showering at the same time or just an older building.
