Comfortable room , friendly staff, helpful. Tuesday Fischer who is the General Manager was pleasant, friendly, with a great personality , attitude, and a wonderful smile. Her personality shows in her staff. Tuesday you are a great leader and representative for Hampton Inn. Thank you for making our stay fantastic.

The pool was not heated and was cold.

I booked this trip at the very last minute but the price, location, cleanliness, & exceptional customer service made my stay that much pleasant.

There was one older janitorial man that spoke inappropriately to children when they were not with an adult. For example, my 12 yr old child was leaving the pool area at approximately 9pm, headed to our room, and this staff member scolded my SON about putting on a shirt before he's arrested.

I loved the room. It was very spacious. The staff was wonderful and helpful. When I had questions, they didn't hesitate to answer them. The cleaning staff was also amazing. They went beyond to help me with the vending machine, even though that wasn't their job.

Neat and clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom door was old with peeling paint. Bathroom tub faucet caulk almost came detached from the wall as I lifted the lever to turn on the shower.

The bed was comfortable, staff was very helpful, room was clean upon arrival, our privacy was maintained very quiet environment

Hotel was super clean and welcoming. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was delicious. Very happy with our room size and overall experience

There is nothing I didn’t like

It was okay could have offered a little more than eggs,sausage and waffles as hot food.

The booking online stated a twin bed would be included with the queen bed since there were 3 of us in the room. Asked at the front desk wherever the bed was I was supposed to have and she stated we don't have that here. I showed her the reservation request online and she couldn't believe what she saw that it said bed included. She called housekeeping and got a foldaway bed with no problem.

It is fine. The breakfast is simple yet perfect.

I was there in August and the lobby needs attention. Better sweeping and dusting. Get the seams and baseboards. Maintain it before it gets out of hand.
