I liked that the hotel was closely located to stores and restaurants which made it very convenient. I liked the cleanliness of the entire hotel. I love the conjoining rooms that enabled my kids to be right next to me and I was able to access their room from the inner door instead of walking out into the hallway each time I wanted to visit their room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were near the airport but not too close because the sound of the airplanes wasn't scary and overwhelming, and the sight of them passing was quite pleasant. Parking was plentiful. I booked last minute and was reluctant to pay the expensive price through Booking.com, but I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely book again! Perhaps book earlier to get better pricing.

I didn't like that my keys glitched on the first night and I wasn't able to use the second room I paid for. The problem wasn't corrected until the next afternoon. The staff did try to solve the problem as best they could. Unfortunately, I feel like I lost out on some money because I paid for two rooms for two nights but used only one room for the first night.

I thought they had 24/7 airport shuttle when I made my reservation. After we arrived they said the shuttle was just until MN. Our flight arrived around MN so we had to take an Uber. We arrived day late because our flight was delayed due to weather. I had prepaid for 5 days and still they cancelled my reservation, calling me a no-show. It added more stress to a very stressful situation

For traveling professionals the large rooms with a desk is fantastic. Room was clean and comfortable, including the bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having a friendly welcome to breakfast was a great start to my day. Breakfast was not just a bagel or toast and coffee, bonus!

Only complaint I have is once in a while you could hear loud cars which is not usually a problem unless you're right on the edge of falling asleep.

A well appointed and clean room. Comfy bed with good quality linens. One of the few hotels in this price point that had a shuttle to the airport (driver was fabulous). Front staff were great!

The walls are paper thin. We were sleeping wonderfully in a super comfy bed as we had an early morning flight when our neighbors checked in at 10 PM and climbed in bed with us... at least that's what it sounded like. At first I thought we had a room with an adjoining door, but nope. Just a regular wall. We were up until they went to bed at 1am... and they weren't talking the whole time. *face palm* No restaurant on site.

I liked that is was clean. The fact that a housekeeper didn't knock on my door,after seeing the dnd,was great. Breakfast was a great addition.Suttle service is always a plus. The TV has a variety of channels. To top it off was the two staff members,that made my stay memorable. First was a nice lady,who set me up with the shuttle service,for Tuesday morning. Also,there was a very nice gentleman,Mr.Jonas,who had great hospitality.

I didn't like the set up of the room. I didn't like the size of the bathroom. I didn't like that the sink was outside of the bathroom. I didn't like the sheer curtains.The bed was leaning on one side.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and everyone was super friendly! Not too far from restaurants or the beach which is nice especially because the price wasn’t terrible at all even for 4th of July weekend.

Beds were a little hard which is kind of expected in a hotel so wasn’t too worried about it. The drain in the shower wasn’t draining very well at all.

When we checked in, they could not find our reservation so they finally gave us a room that was not what we had requested. We requested a king bed suite, we received a queen bed suite. We could not get into our room until late so they charged us for 1 night instead of 2 nights. They tried to rectify the situation by telling us that booking would only charge for 1 night which this hotel would charge for the inconvenience.

This booking was for a guest with an early morning flight out of Norfolk (ORF), VA. Upon checking in, we were informed that the shuttle was not available and told to call UBER ourselves. They would not arrange transportation to the airport. Your ad says "Transportation available to the Airport." Maybe it should have said "under most conditions."

Location was excellent. Shuttle driver from the airport was very friendly (Brashton) I think I got his name correct. Although he was a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan, I proudly wore my DALLAS COWBOYS hat, jacket, and sweater. The shuttle driver that drove from the hotel to the airport was friendly also.

Waffles at breakfast were difficult to cut with theI plastic knife. The lady that was in the breakfast area was kind and we had a friendly conversation.

Rooms are clean. The breakfast selection was great added value. Something for everyone. The staff was Friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything airport, beach, and restaurants near by.

The pool could've been cleaner. It was green and cloudy not sure if to much chlorine or dirty.. Also at night saw a few men inside pool area vaping or smoking. It should be monitored as ppl were hanging out not in swimwear. The lobby area was big enough clean and comfortable to socialize.
