The property was clean and the staff were absolutely exceptional. We arrived to the property during some severe storms. It was horrible gum-ball sized, thunder and lightning, flooding. We were completely soaked and emotionally drained from the stress of driving through such conditions. The staff who greeted us were absolutely amazing. She was empathetic, kind, answered all questions, gave all information and had us in our room promptly to finally rest. The staff who greeted us for breakfast and check out, were equally as amazing; friendly, warm, and kind. We will stay again!

From the initial heartwarming welcoming by Anthony, to the housekeeping and food service staff, we greatly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Cleanliness was excellent. Bathroom was well stocked. Beds were reasonably comfortable but I must admit at home we sleep on a really expensive mattress. As far as motels go, these were fine. No pool, but we didn't expect one. Very fair description of the facilities. Convenient access to main roads, nice (according to my wife,) to have the outlet stores right there, place to walk, all amenities were excellent.

Adjoining room door allowed a lot of just plain conversation from the adjacent room to be heard. We could hear and understand normal conversations next room over.

The rooms are clean with good showers. There is a 24/7 coffee and tea service in the lobby and the breakfast is included. Each morning from 6am to 10am, you can choose from a selection of fresh fruit, freshly made pancakes, oatmeal and pre-made omelets that are different each day

The rooms don't have a single cabinet, only hooks on the wall and an open rack with clothes hangers. There is a sign that advises you to use the storage under the bed or the hooks on the wall. Free internet is limited and for fast internet additional payment is required. Signing up requires you to complete a form with too many personal details.

This is our go to every time we visit the Norfolk area. The cleanliness of the rooms, and the hotel itself, always meet or even exceed our expectations. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. The conveniences around us is so plentiful.

Usually the breakfast is really tasty. However, on this trip, we found that it was lacking. Our last morning was possibly the best breakfast day. I think that they need to mix it up a little. Oatmeal for 3 days in a row was not very appealing.

It was close to everything. The staff was nice. I traveled by myself and felt safe. They let me check in fairly early which was great because I had a wedding that evening. Beds were comfortable and I slept well.

The floors were very dirty. I had some water that dripped from my steamer, I went to wipe it up and the wash cloth was black. The floors need a very deep cleaning.

Safe of road location with limited access. Free outside parking. Food choices near by. New property only about 3 years old. Clean, fresh, and great colors. Staff exceptionally nice, professional, and friendly. Bed very comfortable. Great breakfast, I had not seen the pancake machine before. Great pancakes! Had the waffle machine in the past.

TV selection was limited. I could not get some of my normal business/market channels.

This place was just lovely and exactly what I needed. I had to book a hotel room at the last minute for a work trip and there was availability the night before! It's very close to an on-ramp for I64 which was very convenient. It was quiet, clean, and affordable with free breakfast (standard fare for a hotel of this size) and ample parking. There are also several food options just a walk across the parking lot. I'll definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area for work.

The property is clean and it looks new. At the same time, it is near to the airport. There are also lots of eating place and if you feel like shopping the outlet is walkable.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again. Great location. Close to the highway, premium outlets and lots of food options. The room was nice but you can hear ppl walking around above you, not good when they're restless. Breakfast was OK.

Staff were pleasant but need to be more conscious of their conversations and should be close to desk at all times not just to check in folks. I called the front desk twice, no one amswered. We also saw ppl try to get help or purchase items from their market, the staff was out front smoking and on the phone.

The ascetic of the place is a nice, funky, colorful vibe! It’s unique and has character and personality.

I only stayed one night so I can’t complain too much. Make sure to add more bleach to the shower and floorboard of the shower.. and to really scrub the corners. There should be no lick of dirt in a hotel room, especially a bathroom.
